        Overall

        I had 6 teeth pulled for an upper denture in July of 2015 at the Tyrone Blvd office St. Pete, fl and financing it through Dental First for no interest for 18 months. I now have an appointment for Jan 3rd 2017 for a 4th denture as the 1st one was adjusted so much it cracked. The 2nd one was so off I couldn't eat. The 3rd one the Dentist told me was guaranteed for 7 yrs it was so thin you could see through it in places. It lasted 1 1/2 months and it cracked. The Regional Manager for Florida now tells me they won't refinance a no interest for the balance. I have to pay 26.99 percent interest until the balance is paid. I have been using the denture they gave me the same day they pulled the teeth which is so loose I have to use a seabond upper denture pad to hold it in place. Not happy with Aspen Dental and the many trips to their office for Impressions and adjustments and 18 months of my time because they can't get it right.

        This dentist is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. A friend of mine had a very negative experience but can't bring herself to post a review. She said that the Doctor made her feel very uncomfortable during a consultation so much so that she has postponed her dental work. She was very shaken by the entire situation so I felt complelled to post on her behalf.
