The St. Pete location has extremely discourteous front desk staff. Location does not return phone calls and obtaining something as simple as an owner’s parking pass was very unpleasant thanks in large part to the receptionist (whose phone manner is equally lacking in typical customer skills). Our agent who I assumed would be pleasant and at least reasonably welcoming neither and turned her back and walked away mid-interaction.
As a professional in the real estate market since 2003, I always had experienced Associa on the REALTOR side - and it was the worst. Now, I have had an opportunity to experience it as a home owner and what happened to me today is the icing on the cake.For over 2 weeks, I have been trying to contact them (via email, phone and on their website) with regard to a gate code issue. I cannot remotely open the gate for my guests. Today, I decided to request additional help once again from the property manager and to include my condo president in the email requests. I received a short terse response from Colette Fuller that did not answer my question. I called - the usual VM - I have never yet received a response from a VM left. Wrote to Colette and asked her to return my call......wow......that experience left me shaking from the way I was treated on the phone.On the call with Colette, she went on and on, refused to take the time to listen to my request fully, went on to explain there was NO ONE at Associa who could assist other than herself - that there was no person in Associa higher up than her, that she WAS a supervisor and to use her words "there is no one higher than me in Associa, I am it". I was simply requesting the name of her supervisor and or manager - eventually, she provided your name and email address. She also went on to tell me that the fact your Associa web site work order did not work, was the internet fault - not Associa's. When I tried to explain my frustration in dealing with a company where I have made multiple efforts to get an issue resolved, she said that she was very busy and had many clients to deal with and sometimes email doesn't work, phone calls go unanswered and that I should not expect an answer to an inquiry within such a short time frame as 2.5 weeks.I am EXTREMELY upset at the very unprofessional manner in which Colette handles home owner inquiries - when she is pushed to respond at all!
This place needs to work on their customer management skills. I’m a new owner in the Isla area thinking I would receive a friendly welcome to the neighborhood. Unfortunately the only thing I’ve received from Resource Management is heavily enforced rules, forms that need to be filled out and charges for the services they provided.
Leigh Tessler is unhelpful and useless. He ignores people. Problems don't get solved with him. You are a property management firm that is not doing a good job. Please hire someone that will actually help residents.
Very rude people who work for this company especially Sharon Konrad. I like where I live but wI'll br moving due to this property management if you can even consider calling them that. Not at all property management.

Clean room, beautiful views, and friendly professional women that works the front desk. My family and I stayed at the Surf Beach resort Treasure Island for 5 nights. The washer didn't work when we arrived. One reason I booked this resort was for the connivence of the washer and dryer in the room. After waiting for 2 days for someone to come fix it. It still wasn't fixed. I was given a key to a different unit on A different floor to do my laundry. I was doing laundry at night so that my family and I could enjoy our time during the day. I didn't feel comfortable (as a female) walking up And down the floors by myself at night so my husband would join me. While my husband was waiting for me he sat on a bed in one unit not lay sat). I was told for that reason now I could only do my laundry from 9-5 only because it was an inconvenience to housekeeping because they had to straighten it. What about my inconvenience. Waiting around for people to fix our washer not once but twice. Which still isn't working. Having to go to a different floor. I paid for a convenience of doing laundry in my unit and was not able to do that and then to be told I could only do laundry between 9-5, the time I want to spend enjoying with my family. I spoke with Adam ( the manager) about this issue and asked if they could compensate us for our inconvenience. He was very rude and said we don't know when a washer will go and no they will not be compensating us for our unit and our inconvenience. Then said we will have it fixed for our next guest. Have a great day. I did not get what I paid for and what was advertised. Adam was very ignorant and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend staying at the Surf Beach Resort if you need a working washer. We were not the only guest with a broken washer.
I am compelled to write a review after seeing all these old negative reviews. I am an owner and All County manages my condo in Seminole, FL. My property manager, Alicia, is attentive to my questions and seems to really care about my property. I am a very happy owner and my tenants seem happy as well as they pay rent on time and keep my condo nice.
All County manages my Condo in Seminole and they have always been prompt with contacting me when the tenant has an issue. They are quick to fix any issues that arise and they are always prompt when I have questions. I am very happy with them! All my headaches of renting, tenants, plumbing and appliance issues have gone away!!
