I took my Hoover Floormate in and had the "tubing" repaired, it works better than when I purchased it new thru Amazon, very pleased taking a second one to be repaired soon
I brought my Hoover Floormate Plus for repair mind you this is my third one, both places I was sent to before said they could not fix. This place not only fixed it but it is better than new...........I highly recommend.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Owner treated me like dirt. Yelled and berated me over the phone because i asked if they would discount my total price. Why you ask? Because I specifically said I wanted a quote for the part PRIOR to replacement. I wasn't sure I wanted to pay for replacement if I could just buy a new vacuum for a little more money. Next phone call I get was to tell me the vacuum was fixed and I owed $45. When I asked why I hadn't been contacted with a quote first, I am yelled at and told "people make mistakes, ok?" And I said "yes, that is perfectly understandable, but I would think in the interest of your customer you would own up to that by giving me a discount". He replies, "fine. I'll take off the tax ($3) that's fair and square." Well actually it's not. And it is sad that for someone who boasts of 40 years in business, THIS is how he chooses to conduct himself. I will not be bullied and I will not be picking up my vacuum. He can shove it up his cocky ass.
Very fast, reasonable, and had pick up and delivered back in a few days. I have an older model and can't afford a new one, so I was looking to have this one refurbished. My old Rainbow, looks new, runs like new. I hope to get another 15 yrs out of this one too. I would definitely go back to these guys they were great!
I was reluctant at first to take my Rainbow vacuum in because of a bad experience with the Rainbow people in Seminole. Very happy to say these people were great, treated us with respect and everything we needed to get our unit serviced. They didn't try to beat us into submission to buy a new one, they gave us an education on how to care for the one we have and make it last forever "as promised". If I ever need a new one I'm going to Carmen and if I ever need service again, these people have my business. Betty

I agree with previous person. I also had a very bad experience with this company. The maids do not do a good job cleaning and Heidi does not provide good customer service. I was overcharged and there were hairs all over my bathroom walls as if she used a dirty rag to clean. This is the worst maid service out there. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
