I provided a service for this establishment..two months later I am still waiting for payment. I have spoken with accounts payable numerous times and they say that they will have to "look" into it and call me back. Then after a few more phone calls they say that they have to get in touch with the person that writes the checks and get back to me. Well it's been over a week and after I spoke with the administrator there, who was less than professional as she laughed when I told her that my only other option was to file a lien against her establishment and then hung up on me. I will never do business with them again. I would suggest that if you plan to be sure to get payment upfront.
My father was sent to Apollo from the hospital on a Wednesday with orders for an intravenous antibiotic drip. The drip was not started until Saturday. No one seems to know why they missed the order. They did admit that the orders were there. Now Dad has slipped back to the condition that took him to the hospital in the first place. Shameful and Disgraceful.
My Mom needed skilled nursing upon her hospital discharge. We were apprehensive and concerned about her level of care she might receive in a Rehabilitation Center. She was sent to Apollo, and it was pleasant surprise to find the high level of care she received. The staff was attentive, genuinely concerned, caring and professional. My Mom's stay at Apollo was about 5 weeks and now she is home and getting around better then we anticipated. We are thankful to all the staff at Apollo, they made a big impact with our family!
