I reserved it online. Everything went smooth. No issues. When I went to pick up the car I was in and out in no time. The staff was polite and friendly. I was driven home after the car was dropped off. Will rent from them again.
I rented a vehicle for the weekend and had a very good experience. First of all, it was easy to book online and the price was excellent. The staff was the friendliest that I have encountered at any car rental. "Q" is the worker who helped me when I picked up the vehicle. He was friendly, quick, efficient and very helpful. When he realized I needed to park my personal vehicle for the weekend, he actually walked down the block to help me find a parking spot. Who does that? When I returned my vehicle the worker was Dave. He also was friendly and very professional. I appreciated that I was not treated rudely when I declined upgrading or other add-ons as has happened to me at other car rental companies. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will return to this location the next time I need a rental and I'll surely recommend it to friends and relatives.
I had booked online a compact car to use while my vehicle was at the deal for repair. One of the reasons for using Enterprise is the "we'll pick you up" feature. I confirmed my at 8:30AM pickup the day before. After dropping my car off at the dealer, I called the store at 8:45 to tell them I was ready for pickup, since the driver had not shown up yet. I called again at 9:15, 9:30 and 9:45. As I asked the dealer for a rid to the store (17 blocks down the road) the driver from another store showed up to pick me up. At 10:00 I made it to the store. First I was offered a different rental for double the price as I had booked online. I gave Joe my confirmation number. Another attendant finished my rental and told me we just had to wait for the driver to bring my car to the store, since they did not have it. The girl behind me said "I'm returning a car, it's pretty clean" and I stated I was open to that. Next her return was ran through the washer, wasting more time and became my rental car.
Everybody I dealt with at this location was very friendly and helpful and I will be returning to rent from them.

My experience was okay. I was treated respectfully and the young man that rented me the vehicle, I believe his name was Jared, allowed me to switch vehicles initially to a nicer car b/c the first car had a bit of a strange odor. My only complaint is that the location is a bit busy, so you might have to wait a little while to be waited on. Also, I was greeted when I arrived, so I felt a bit ignored upon arriving both times.

Very unhappy renting a car from here, we were quoted online and over the phone 250$ then we get there and they charge us 600$ then I get my visa statement and they charged us 800$.... For 4 days! The Bluetooth in the car didn't work and that's the only reason we chose that car, we were told to read the owners manual! So we did and still nothing worked! We've tried getting ahold of them and can't seem to ever speak with a actual person! Never again will we rent a car!
Crooks would be an understatement. I sold my car to them and purchased a used car from them in early November. I was told that I can take the car I bought that day and the promised repairs on it would be made next week as there. Mechanic could do it. I have arecepit stating that they would detail the car, fix the paint scratch and most importantly fix the right front wheel noise that I was assured was not a problem. I was told that I would receive the money from my car the next day as they were closing the sale. Was I a sucker.From th at point on I was constantly lied to. They said the person buying my car was having problems with her sub prime loan and they have not received the money yet. In the meantime I took my car in 3 different times, they kept it for a couple of days each time but could not get the parts. Finally when I was leaving to spend Thanksgiving week up north with my family I took the car in and they said they would make sure that all of the work was done by the time I got back.Surprise when I got back not one thing had been done. I took the car in 2 more tims and of course nothing. In the meantime I still have not received the money for the sale of my car. Really panicked at this point. I was leaving to spend time with my family in England on Dec 8 and told the salesperson on about Dec 5 that I want my money or I am going to the Fl Attorney Generals office to file a complaint. The salesperson said he would get me my money and I said if I did not have it by 5 PM I was filing the complaint. At 5 PM the salesperson brought me a check for my car sale. I took it to the bank that it was drawn on at opening the next day. They told me there was no money in the account. The bank manager told me to talk to the owner which I did. She professed to have no knowledge of what was going on. I was in her office and told her that if I don't have my money by noon I am going to the police for theft and fraud. She called her husband who called the salesperson ( who had access to their bank account) to get the money they owed me and give it to me. I finally got my money in cash around noon that day. They told me that they would fix the car while I was gone. I said no I'll bring it back in when I get back. I returned Jan 4 to find that the salesperson was longer with them. They said they had no idea what was going on and that he stole money from them. I spoke with the owners son who said they would fix my car but they had to lay off all of their employees because the prior salesman took all of their money. If I would be patient he wll take care of my car hopefully inthenext couple of weeks.So two weeks later I returned again and they had a new salesperson. He said the cost of fixing my car was so great and they were broke that he needed another $ 200.00 from me to get the parts. He said it needed a new strut on the right side. I called around on the parts and labor and found that is expnsive so being the idiot that I am and not wanting to pay another thousand dollars gave him the $200.00 but got a signed receipt that he will fix everything in detail.Once again I left my car and they did fix 2 of the6 things they committed to but left 4 undone. When I picked up the car they said they will get to it as soon as possible. I kept calling and stopping in and got the runaround. Finally after a month I went back and asked why wont you take care of these issues. You are leaving me no choice but to file complaints with the Atty Generals office, the BBB and other agencies, the new managers answer was to me that "if you are going to threaten me I will physically throw you off of this property. Get out.". I asked why won't you just fix the car as promised? And again he answered to get of my property or I will pick you up and throw you off. The son was there while he said this and just smirkef.RUN from this place.
