Your tech for my dryer was very respectful, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. But your company stinks. You hook me up on the phone with people in the Philippines who I don't understand and who don't understand me. From now on I will be buying my appliances locally at the small business appliance stores. No wonder you're going out of business soon. You deserve it. I just feel bad for the techs that work for Sears, not for your Phillippine employees or your contracted vendors who don't even show up for appts nor do they have the courtesy to call the person who has rearranged their schedule to stay home all day for their "window 1-6pm" appt.

Re: Kenmore 4 door fridge-was not cooling properly.The repair man was great! He needed to come out 2x's, but this 2nd time seems to have been the fix. Very happy with the service and they came when they said they would come.
If I could go below 1 star, I would. The technician sent out to us should be fired. He was the rudest, and most inexperienced person I have ever had at our home. I had specifically asked for him to not ever come to do service ever again ( since he had come a few times in the past with the same attitude and lack of experience ). My fridge was not getting cold enough to freeze the food. The other non-freezing side was fine. Called Sears and they came out the next day. The timer was not working which turns on the fan and the compressor. The part was shipped to me the same day and was installed in the same day. The freezer was still not cold enough, so I called again and someone came out the very next day and found out the compressor was also broken. The part was shipped in a timely manner and the repair person installed it. He also found a copper pipe in the back of my refrigerator that had corrosion and would leak freon. He had a small pipe in his van that would fit and soldered it in place. My old refrigerator runs like new.

(1/6/16) first contact. 3rd party repair sent (1/12/16) Part needed--Wife was told then that part was in warehouse and if he could "squeeze"her in next day he would. Funny but I called him next day to ask status and he told me it had to be ordered and would be 3-4 more business days until shipped. Lie # 1. I called him back on 1/21/16) left voice mail for status. Within 5 minutes he called me back and said, hey I got your part, I will be there tomorrow. Wonder how long I would have waited if I had not called-pretty fishey I think. All this after Sears too $700 from me in April of 2015 for maintenance agreement on said washer.
