Had dip nails done 2 times here. Both times nails broke within a day or two of services being for . They say they will fix it for free as long as it’s within two weeks of service. Have had to take time out my day several times to go have them fixed. The second time i did dip, they broke the next day. Was so frustrated that i just wanted them taken off. Went and and was told they would fix them for free, (obviously did not want them fixed because i knew they would just break again) or i could pay another 7$ to have them taken. Ended up walking out after being told i could pay to have them removed and if i didn’t want that i would not get any sort of refund either. So two times they did a TERRIBLE job. The photo is the aftermath of my nails from their crappy dip services. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I got one dip service and my toe polish just changed and paid $77 plus tip. Will never be back!
I always went to Lynn’s Nail Salon but I will not be going back. They were very rude while I was there. I called 2 hours ahead and scheduled an appointment and asked for a gel manicure. I arrived and you could tell I was an inconvenience to them. I was moved to three different stations and finally someone helped me but you could tell she didnt really want to help me. I showed up in shorts and a T-shirt so to her I didn’t look like an important customer. She rushed through my “manicure” which consisted of polish and little lotion at the end. That was it! As I was checking out, I asked her to fix a rough nail and she got frustrated with me. I had pieces of plastic from the gel on my fingers, around the nail, and polish not on all parts of my nail. I was charged $30 for a service that was sub par. I would not recommend this place anymore because of the way they treated me.
This is the best experience mani pedi I've ever had. The staff was friendly and attentive. The salon was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing, extremely great & reasonable price. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Great place! I will refer to everybody for sure...
I had a gift certificate for a mani and pedicure. I upgraded to the gel and they charged me $16!!! To top it off she forgot to put alcohol over my gel and they got ruined. They are way over priced and I will never be going back.
Do not buy Gift Certificates from this salon. I was given a $50 Gift Certificate to Idol for Christmas. When I was finally able to make it into the salon it was 3 days expired and they refused to honor it. Not a coupon but a gift certificate! And not three weeks or months expired but 3 days expired! So they basically took the money and refused to honor their own certificate for services less than 5months after purchase. Buyer beware of this salon!!
Excellent service, friendly people. The salon is beautiful and clean, and well taken care of. I would recommend KC Nails to anyone.
What a great salon! My nail tech Peggy did an amazing job! My mani / pedi was so relaxing and looks beautiful! Thank you KC Nails!
This is a first- class salon. The owners and techs really give detail and make you feel really important. Kim is always wanting to make sure you are pleased. Very clean salon and great selection of colors. Love the chairs also.
Came in and wrote my name on the board and say on the couch. Workers stared at me for over 30 mins didn't ask what I wanted or cared I guess. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 10 years and never have walked in a place and was acknowledge me or asked what I needed. Went down the road was helped when I walked in. It only takes 10 mins and 2 secs to ask
I've been getting my nails done for most of my adult life. Never have I encountered such a pleasant place. It's clean, the employees are super nice. A ten minute back massage will make you feel renewed! Ask for Kim for back massages and/or nails or ask for Peggy for nails. I love this place and will definitely go back. :)
