Took my daughters and grandkids with me to look for beds for my Gkids and furniture for my home. The Financing was pain less, especially for a Credit Challenged person. Cassie was excellent in helping my Granddaughters find the perfect beds, and mattresses. Picking out furniture for teens is never an easy chore. But, Cassie took the bull by the horns. The owner Johnny was the friendliest and quite funny fellow. He so kindly gave the kids PowerAde's, Soda, and Waters, and Coffee for Grandma. I was very impressed with the awesome deal on my new Dining Room Set. I made these purchases today, and have not received the delivery but, I anticipate this sale going off without a hitch. I highly recommend you give them a try..
I originally wrote a 5 star review, gloating about this company, because when I left I truly felt that I had done a great thing. This is going to be a long review folks, so bare with me. To start my story, my boyfriend and I went in looking for a new couch, and a new big boy bed for my toddler. Mind you, it was only a few weeks away from being his birthday. Anyway, we found the perfect couch and a bed, with a few extras. I was financed through this company and Cassie told me my payments all together would be about 359. Which was manageable, so I felt great about my purchase. Only a few short days later find out that my payments in total would be almost 600 dollars, that's more then a car payment! I spent numerous days trying to call and going in, in person to talk to someone. Don't even waist your time trying to call, because you get hung up on and they tell you so and so will call you back and they never do, and when they finally call you back, they act like you're pulling nose hairs. After a longgggggg couple of days trying to get ahold of someone, I was told that everything was taken care of and not to worry, of course I'm going to worry because that's alot of money and I already put my other broken couch in the dumpster. I know this is skipping around everywhere, but I forgot to mention that they didn't even give me a date on when I could pick my furniture up, and no one knew, come to find out some of my pieces weren't even ordered, and it had already been about a week and a half. The day we pick up out furniture arrives, my boy friend calls me and tells me I need to come up there, and I'm at work mind you. I leave work and come up, only to be told I'm pretty much SOL on my payments and there is nothing they can do. So this Cassie lady gets a super nice commission off of my sorrows, and my missing work and my anxiety. We get the furniture home, only to have a brown recliner and tons of missing screws and bolts. Of course we tried to call and complain, but couldn't get threw to anyone. Naturally. Weeks and weeks go by, we had to file a complaint with the BBB to even get any words out of these people, they tell us that this will be resolved and we would be compensated for time and the troubles the company has caused. My boyfriend called back today and they treated him like he was dirt on the bottom of this guys shoe. The guy- I think Tony his is name, which by the way lies and tells you he is Johnny himself. Tony tells my boyfriend that he is no longer able to help him. The best he could do was 50$ 50 dollars you say? 50 dollars for 3 days missed of work, the money we had to spend at the store to fix this dumb furniture, 50 dollars for countless hours of worry and not being able to sleep, 50 dollars for the time spent calling the finance companies because I've been lied to. Keep your 50$ and sleep on the fact that this is the worst experience that I've ever had in my life. Oh yeah. Not to mention that this will probably be deleted, because we left a bad review on facebook and that was deleted aswell. I wish I could rate this company a 0 stars, because that's what they deserve. 0.
My boyfriend and I went to look for a new bed, Found a great bed at a great price but after 3 weeks the bed was starting to hurt my back. Called Johnny and he took the mattress back and let us pick out anything of equal or greater price, we pay the difference. Found a great new mattress! We love it and we really love the service we got from them. We will definitely head there next time we need anything. Truly great staff. Even the kid who loads it on the dock for you was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. He said Johnny taught him everything. Everyone there is really friendly and not pushy like anywhere else you go. Knowing my situation with my back they even let us lie on every mattress for as long as we wanted to test them. Absolutely hassle free! Thank you to Johnny and his team. I have a new mattress and in just one night my back already feels better!
My wife was looking for a couch for our son. She was taking some pictures to show him and was told by a man that pictures aren't allowed. She spoke with a young man as she was leaving who apologized. I told her it appears they are hiding something as I don't know how pictures can do any harm. I told her I don't think we want to deal with such a business. If there's a problem, I wonder if there would be any support. There are many other businesses who treat prospective customers with respect. We will buy elsewhere.
