        I have not had a single good experience with this company. Very poor service, big F- all around

        They delivered the gas (a day late) and accepted the check left at the tank, then closed the valve and left a note on the door stating they couldn't relight the pilot light because I was not home at the time. I was home at the time, there were two cars in the driveway giving every indication that someone might be inside, but the driver didn't even knock. I found the note an hour later while taking out the trash and called immediately and told them what had happened. They said they would call and have the driver come back out and light the pilot light for me. However, they called me back in 45 min and said that the driver was too far away and could not come back out until the next morning. Even after explaining that the temperature that night was going to be 25 and there is a child in the house, and offering to wait until the driver finished the rest of his deliveries, they still would not fix their mistake until the next day. I recommend not using this company at all.
