Brought my elderly mother to CVS for flu shot at the minute clinic. Sign in kiosk was broken. Clip board and pen sitting next to a teenager who looked like death warmed over. Signed Mom in an had her sit as far as possible from the other person waiting. Staff came out after 10 or 15 minutes and rudely announce it would be at least 45 minutes if any of us planned to wait. She then directed us to the pharmacy for a flu shot.
Stood at the pharmacy counter and was told twice someone would be with us soon. Over heard the Pharmacist say if we were getting a flu shot she would send us to the clinic. I told her we were just there and were being directed to her. She then said it would be an hour if we wanted to wait.
We left and drove one block to Walgreens and got quick and FRIENDLY service. No more CVS My time is too valuable to waste on poor service and a lack of communication. Now I pray my mom doesn't get sick from exposure to the whatever that poor teenager had. Ugh!!!

I went in just to grab a few things I needed so I did not get a cart , I had my arms full and started to realize I didn't really NEED all this stuff so as I was walking around I was setting stuff where it really didn't belong ( my bad) anyway so the clerk an older lady , says hey where's all that stuff you had in your arms? I said umm I put it down somewhere, then she asked if I put the curling iron back that I had... Well no mam I never had a curling iron .. I stated. Then she says can you show me exactly where u set the curling iron and other items down at? Well no mam I'm not sure EXACTLY where I put the things I didn't really need at. Bc it was not where it really goes I apologise I said then she proceeds to tell me oh I notice the hair spray in your purse.. EXCUSE ME?! WHY was she looking in my purse?! And I have no clue about the curling iron she was speaking of, and the nerve of this women even went so far as to say she was calling the law on me to find the curling iron I never saw! Never in my life have I been more pissed or embarrassed for that matter. I cannot even believe this lady has a job. I love my local CVS. I will continue to shop there but I will for warn anyone else going to the St. Peter's store BEWARE OF THE OLD LADY WORKING ... I WILL BE WRITING THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND ALL THE ABOVE PEOPLE IN THIS MATTER..
