Lies, False Advertisement, Unethical Behavior.I went in to look at a used car. The vehicle's condition was said to be 'very good inside and out.' I got there and it had several large dents, scratches, bald tires, etc. Blatant false advertisement. A price was partially negotiated before showing up and wasn't honored. When the items were brought up to their management I was told that was how they did business. During my several chats and phone calls I was hung up on, called names, and taunted to call a lawyer when I addressed the illegal business practices. As a veteran, I am appalled by my treatment and don't recommend anyone go there.

I have been ordering small decal stickers from Cool Touch for 3 years now. No matter how many I order, they knock them out quickly. I also have a lot of fun in the waiting room chatting with the staff
I bought my car from Pappas Toyota back in March of 2016. It has been a good car so far. Well, today I was driving and my front left tire/wheel was shaking a lot.....too much to safely drive. I had it towed to Pappas from Creve Coeur. I thought it was going to be a long wait because they were busy. I also thought that I was going to have a few hundred dollar bill. Well, as it turned out the car was ready in about 1/2 hour and they said it was a minor adjustment and there would be NO Charge. I went from having a bad day to being extremely happy. I highly recommend this dealership and service department.
St. Charles Hyundai tells Sonata owners that they must submit a complete record of the vehicle’s maintenance history before making a warranty claim—even though it knows that Sonata engines fail regardless of owner maintenance and that the faulty rotating assembly is responsible. For those warranty claims that are submitted, Hyundai’s practice is to deny them based on inadequate maintenance records or improper maintenance.
Dropped my vechicle off for service at 8am for a 9am appointment. Service department advised service would take about an hour. I advised them that I need the vehicle back by 11:30am. I show up at 11:30am and vehicle was not completed. I would advise anyone to NOT use Papas Toyato for their service needs as they do not care about your schedule even when provided with ample time to complete the work.
I want to share my experience for those like me who feel safer about buying from a dealer. St. Charles Nissan will make you feel extra confident because of their “thorough 30-point inspection.” But when I took my newly purchased pre-owned vehicle to a mechanic, he found significant problems that will cost well over $1,500 to repair. I’m okay with catching up on maintenance, but fluids are checked with any inspection. Why then was my car’s transmission fluid black? The transmission also has a leak. When my mechanic and I spoke to the sales manager at Nissan, it was just past the 30-day lemon law, but he stated even before the 30 days they would have done nothing. So either my vehicle was not checked or the dealer deliberately deceived me, and this is the way they do business. Those are strong words, but you be the judge.
5 months ago i purchased a beautiful 2011 MKX from this dealer. Car is awesome! recently paint started peeling off of the front lower bumper, driver side. management at CarMax was unwilling to look at problem or offer any help in resolving this problem. I did purchase an extended mechanical warranty which i hope was wise. Do to the lack of willingness of management to meet me, inspect issue, or offer any assistance i would not purchase another vehicle from this Co. Sales person was awesome!
I love this place! I had issues getting approved through dealers and DriveTime was able to get me approved and I get to go home with my car today! I worked with Alex, definetely recommend him!
These guys totally dropped the ball. I was at Pappas Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation before my son takes his car to college. Pappas said we needed a battery, but they were pricey so I took it to NTB in St. Peters. As NTB was checking in the car, they say I need two new tires. They show me and there is heavy wear on the inside of the tire almost to the belt. Pappas Toyota said nothing about it when I was there just hours before. They put my son in danger by not doing their job. Thank goodness for NTB otherwise my son would have most likely had a blowout on the highway. Pappas did discount the price of the tires due to the warranty but that still does not excuse putting my family’s safety at risk.FYI, they did give me a list of 4 other items that they said needed to be done that were not under warranty. They may think about focusing more on safety and less on sales.
This place is the worst ever!!!!! I bought a car from them several months ago and still can't get it registered because it won't pass inspection. They saw me coming and took advantage of me. I couldn't do a test drive because they said it wasn't inspected. I was desperate and they saw that. They had to tow the car to my house. RIP OFF, RIP OFF, RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
