the worst postal service i have visited.On 8/20/17 I made address change,then on 8/21/17 things did not work out with my plan and back to this post office to tell them I am not moving and cancel my request.Since then I have been this post office 4 times to correct. Until today 9/14/17 they can not help with matter. I never seen bad service like this place. Supervisor and employee are the worst people.
This is the rudest business I have ever dealt with! They act like they are doing me a favor. Nowhere else do I confront such a bad attitude. This morning the clerk embarrassed my daughter and several other customers. Maybe he had a hangover. Regardless, I hate to go there because of the rude people that work there. They don't seem to like their jobs.
If I could give a 0 I would. From my mail never being delivered to my home to loosing important packages. I complained and asked for a manager, i was told there is noamager. I asked what would be done about it and I was told the only thing that could be done is to asl the mail carrier where the packages were put. I was livid. The staff working there rather talk amongst themselves about lottery tickets then have good customer service. This place is horrible.
This post office needs to be shut down. Two packages lost so far within 4 months. Tracking says it's been delivered. I was home all day, mail came as usual but no package. Next day, called the post office, the said it was already delivered the day before. If its big and or heavy they will steal it. Second time, fedex smart post delivered to this post office. It was given a ups tracking number. Same thing happened.
I opened a P.O.box and I was checking my box once a week for almost 2 months and I wasn't getting any mail I finally called this office location were I opened my box and was told my box not only was not correctly updated and in the system but my very important mail was being returned to the senders I asked why this happend and my answer was that the mail office workers were lazy and I was told to call back a week later to see if my box had been updated in the system,to my shock when I called it wasn't so as I sat on hold for 8 minutes the person I was speaking with finally updated my information in the system and said I lost 3 months of po box service as well as my important mail im so livid and confused that I choose this location to open a P.O. box and trusting this unprofessional office location with my mail because the office workers choose and decided to be lazy or which ever not doing there job this is to me very very serious it is totally illegal to tamper with peoples mail being lazy and poor and I feel like my mail was not important and tampered with by this usps office location I will be contacting and reporting that whole office because whay happened to me should never happen to anyone else!if you don't like your job go apply somewhere where it doesn't affect people's important mail!I hope this office gets shut down or find some new professional worker's.
Use FEDEX or UPS - Much better choiceAbsolutely worst postal service out there at this location. Since they let there other awesome teller go . They are slow and rude most of the time and unhelpful. The only thing that keeps people coming is the convenience of their location. Do not get a po box here you will never get your mail by 1130am like you pay for and they are supposed to have done. Also don't have confidence in sending mail as they have lost numerous articles and blame it on other locations. Go to the location on Lexington or use UPS or FedEx . The postal service of public servants is clearly no longer in their job description. The only thing post offices have to offer is customer service, if they don't have it ? How can you call them a post office. Please really look at other locations before this one as they are clearly struggling. Not much more to say , except i am a very disappointed customer and get with the program. !
SOME of the employees there are OK. However, there are several lazy snots who work there. There's this angry-looking sourpuss who "works?" there who immediately decided to "go on lunch" when my family and I came in there to apply for passports... Needless to say, I JUST KNEW she was a sourpuss of a liar, probably jealous we were going on vacation... so we took our passport applications downtown to the Plato location and were treated much, much better. My advice to the people who work there? DO YOUR JOB OR LEAVE! I'd happily work there! I don't need anyone's attitude when I'm just trying to go about my business. I'm gagging even thinking about this location :(
