This theatre was my go-to theatre of all time due to its reasonable prices for tickets and concessions. I've never had any trouble with any staff or movie screening and have even looked past the boxes stored at the front of theatres, etc.Kind of disappointed with my experience today. Don't ever lose or accidentally drop your wallet because they will not let you reenter to find it and they will not send an employee in to search for it. The employee was really unwilling to work with us. He was rude and loud which made a big scene. We are not the type of people to make a big scene or fuss about anything but losing a wallet can be scary. I have never been treated like that before. Don't support this theatre.

We have been going to this theatre for years but when we went on Saturday, January 2, 2016, we had such poor customer service that I took the time to complain on their "contact" tab on their website. Got a response today that I find to be totally flippant and disrespectful. They should be ashamed! We will not be returning, that's for sure!HERE'S MY E-MAIL WITH THEIR RESPONSE:MY EMAIL: Took our family to a movie this morning. 11am matinee. Got there at 10:20. Your sign said you open 15 minutes before 1st show. Didn't it used to be 30 minutes?THEIR RESPONSE: No.MY EMAIL: Anyway, 1st show was at 10:40am so the ticket office and doors should have opened at 10:25. It was more like 10:35THEIR RESPONSE: According to the sales logs, the first sale was wrung up at 10:30:29am - so this is incorrect. Your watch must be fast. MY NOTE: I USED MY CELL PHONE FOR THE TIME AND SO DID OTHERS AROUND ME. WE WERE ALL COMMENTING HOW THEY WERE 10 MINUTES LATE SO DON'T KNOW WHO THIS TIMESTAMP CAN SAY THIS TIME...MY EMAIL: and a whole lot of people lined up waiting for ticket window to open, being told by an employee (plus 2 large signs posted) it opens 15 minutes before first show yet it was well past that.THEIR RESPONSE: It is New Year's weekend. Of course there was going to be a long line.MY EMAIL: Finally it opens 10 minutes late then we go to get popcorn and the 2 employees at the concession stand were so lethargic and disinterested acting it really was a poor reflection on the entire facility especially after the mess of even getting into the building. People in front of us in line told everyone it is always that way. I find it hard to believe you would like to maintain a reputation like that. I HIGHLY recommend you look into this and kick start the New Year by training your employees to be more professional and to stick to your own theaters' rules. Not a good experience today.THEIR RESPONSE: I'll discipline the employees.
Bring lots of money if you're going to buy candy or popcorn or sodas they are all very expensive. The matinee prices are not too awfully bad but it's once you get inside that's where they really sock it to you.
I could not believe how bad my trip to this movie theater. we sat down to watch the first movie and had people just say we F word really loud through the entire movie. if they would just said an employee had to check all the movie everyday landed maybe that would keep the crowd in control. the place was so packed and the wait was so long but that is acceptable compared to somebody cursing loudly through the entire movie. I would not bring small children to hear all this Friday or Saturday night. the second movie we set through the people around us were talking very loudly and being very disruptive during the movie and there was only a few of us in that movie but no one came in and checked so everyone was free to continue behaving badly. the worst thing about this theater is the fact that no one comes in while the movies are playing. I need it was very busy lots of people so standing in line waiting for everything is going to take a lot of time so early. but the people that work there were okay they make it a point to tell you hope you come back I hope you enjoyed yourself they do that instead of going to check in to make sure that you are enjoying yourself. they can improve all their theater by just doing one thing you don't have to stand there and say thank you for coming to every person that walks out it's kind of nice and annoying but going in and check in the theater two or three times as well the movie's playing would really do a lot to improve the enjoyment of the movie.
Its wonderful having a value theatre in the area for our family.
My husband and I spent a lot of time brainstorming activities that would be fun, inexpensive, and easy for our son's birthday party. A friend of mine recommended that we have the party at a bowling alley, more specifically at the Gopher Spot. Her son had been to birthday party at the Gopher Spot and had an excellent time. We thought this was a great idea, especially for energetic boys, so we proceeded to book the party. The Gopher Spot was extremely helpful in helping us plan and execute the party. We were able to reserve two bowling lanes (with bumpers), as well as a party space. The Gopher Spot provided us with birthday cake, decorations, gift bags, food, and drinks. Additionally, the employees working there were extremely helpful and took care of everything we needed. I was really surprised at the design of the Gameroom. The walls were bright colors, it was very open and inviting, and there was this really cool wall made out of bowling pins. In my experience with bowling alleys, they tend to be dark and musty places. The Gopher Spot was not like this at all, and really made our experience that much more fun. Ultimately all of the kids left the party happy, and my husband and I were happy as well. We were able to enjoy the party, rather than have to be in charge of every detail - like making food, entertaining kids, and cleaning up. I would definitely recommend the Gopher Spot to anyone, especially to families. My family has been back to the Gopher Spot multiple times to bowl, because it is such a fun family activity and because we have always had a positive experience!
