Brian Qualm helped me get the dream car I've always wanted; a Dodge Challenger. He laid it all out in front of me in a nice, friendly reliable fashion and I drove out of there with what I came in for. Amazing Service Brian!

I looked around the country for the car I wanted in the color I wanted. White Bear was able to divert a shipment from the port to make it happen when my local dealers were only interested in selling me a car they had. I flew from Texas to Minneapolis and my salesperson picked me up at the airport in the same type of car I was buying - she owned one as well! Their 'fair pricing' roots from Saturn, that their folks aren't paid on commission, and the family attitude made for a very smooth and low-stress (well, no-stress!) experience. This was the first time I'd ever visited a dealer wanting to ask more questions so I didn't have to leave so soon. Ann, Cartrice, Tom, and Nancy are professionals! Need a car? Hope on an airplane - it'll be worth the trip!
I recently purchased a 2007 Harley Davidson from your company. It was the Saturday before the large hail storm in our area. I believe the purchase date was 6/10/17. I was promised by my salesperson and I have it in writing that I would be given a second motorcycle key since there was only one and a owner’s manual. I never received any responses once I drove away from the shop. I called the last week of June and the salesman again stated he was going to get me the 2nd key promised and told me he would send me a link to a web site that I could buy my own owner’s manual. Now 7/29 and no reply’s no keys. Nice way to treat a customer that purchased a $9000 used bike and gave you a great deal on my trade in. I choose to finance with one of your credit unions. On June 30 I had not received any info so I called and let a message with your finance department. Then on July 6 , still no response from either the sale person or the finance department. I then drove back to you shop on Friday 7/7 and tried to talk with your finance department. I was never given a chance; all the gal at the main counter could do was take my name and email address and stated they would get back to me that day. On Monday 7/10 I was given the name of the credit union my loan was through. After several calls was notified my 1st payment was due on 7/12/17. I was forced to scramble and open an account with them so I could wire the money from my bank to them. My credit score is over 800 because of the way I mange my finances!! I plan on posting this story on every motorcycle site that will let me. Complete horrible customer service, customer relations and a lost customer for life along with a few biker buddies friend of my friend!! Jim L
When buying a new vehicle, the last thing anyone imagines is that contacting a dealership is going to be an experience that affirms the good that exists in humanity. However, for me, that's exactly the kind of experience I had at White Bear. Before committing to come in, I spent several hours calling every Mitsubishi dealership within a day’s travel of me. The professionalism and helpfulness of White Bear staff immediately made them stand out from the rest and the commitment and integrity that they followed through with places them in a class second to none. I worked with Ed by phone, Rob as my primary salesperson, and with Tom on completing the financing. Every single person that I met was as remarkably professional as they were knowledgeable on the cars I had questions about. At no point did I ever feel pressured into something I didn't want or see a need for. I was further impressed that White Bear not only lived up to the expectations we built while talking on the phone, but exceeded them on every front when it came to closing the deal.Perhaps equally impressive is our new Outlander SLE Touring, to which all other vehicles we looked at pale in price, quality, features, and technology. Trading in my deeply loved Toyota Corolla S Plus seemed difficult when looking at other models, but when we test drove the Mitsubishi Outlander, it clearly outperformed in every way. With the comfort of an industry leading 100,000 mile, 10 year warranty, complimentary road side assistance, White Bear’s Extended life-time power-train warranty, the optional life-time electronic component warranty we took advantage of, and the legendary reliability of Mitsubishi’s MIVEC 2.4 liter engine, upgrading seemed as effortless as it was obvious. In a world full of deals too good to be true, shady salespeople, and false promises, White Bear Mitsubishi is a bedrock of honesty and integrity. I have never been to a dealership more friendly, fair, helpful, honest, or full of brilliant individuals who live and breathe their industry. The pure unadulterated excellence they exhibited has earned them my customer loyalty for many years to come.
Jennifer was great to work with helped make the process as smooth as possible even when I came back to the dealership with my decision and my 2 and 5 yr old with me. I would definitely go back when purchasing another vehicle in the future as well!
Best place to go if you are looking for a car and want to deal with professional who are helpful and friendly expecially chelsie Beebe she was awesome and did everything she could to help me get the car I needed
Great place to do service work. Troy and Brett in the service department are amazing. Quick and easy lol changes too.
My experience was awesome! I worked with Nancy Miller in sales, Richard Herod III (the GM), and Kim Berbaum in finance - from start to finish my experience buying my Evo was top notch! Nancy was incredibly helpful in finding the right car with the right equipment and was eager to show me all of the cool features my car has (besides the fact that it's fast)! Richard was instrumental in making sure I was completely welcome and at home while I was there, and Kim went the extra mile in making sure I had the best experience in protecting my car and my lease. After I bought my car, I noticed it pulled to the left a little, so I took it into service. Troy, the service manager, was super eager to assist and had the alignment taken care of right away. While they were doing that, one of the technicians noticed that a trim piece was not properly installed from the factory and they fixed that for me, too! A+++++++++++++!!!!!!!!
I was very pleased with my overall experience with Apple Valley Ford in Burnsville. I will just give the good instead of knitpicking like I do about nonsequil matters. I wanted a cheap car and that location deals with primarily new from what I saw, but they have two used car locations specifically for used. They showed me the cheapest car they had and it was a really nice inside and out metallic green Grand Am Gt with high miles but pristine condition. Drove well, had a few glitches one they fixed next business day and other they said buy the part and they would do a free install for the hour labor it would take. So fair in my standards considering they weren't going to do anything for the second glitch till I spoke to a manager and he authorised the labor for the fogged headlights. Overall there wasn't any haggling, price is the price. I wanted to buy from them rather than a little rinky dink dealer because I think they are just better quality in all ways. So far very pleased and glad I went there for my used car.
Customer service is great, sales people don't follow up after a sale, bought a $25,000 Spyder never received a call to see how it was going, plus already in for service, it's been in for two weeks now figured out what was wrong after five days or the part came in today a week after they ordered. Called to see how it was going but they were working on a snowmobile because it was for a new customer and they need to get it out to make him happy. I'm also a new customer just purchased my spider in July. I told him that it was still motorcycle season not snowmobile season that my spider should been done before The snowmobile. I guess first-in last out is there Moto .
