There were a number of problems with Verizon. First they set me up over the phone to get an on-tech worker to install my computer and my land line phone. I wanted a tech to set it up but was told it was set up for me to install it.. Takes quite a while to get a tech over the phone (1 to 2 weeks), When I finally picked up the phone at the store to my dismay they did not give me a charger, I called and was placed on hold. I am still waiting for a response. All associates are helping other people so I continue to wait. An associate answered and I explained the problem. She told me if I ordered the charger it would take 7 to 10 business days before I could get it. After checking the issue she put me on hold to find what was going on. Normally they don't mail store bought items but they were nice enough to mail it to me and got better postage timing. I now only have to wait 2 to 3 business days. They rectified the problem and the associate was very professional during this problem solving.
