        was going to be a customer

        I called the company to have snow removed that was blocking an alley. I wanted to explain the situation and then find out if it was possible to have the snow removed and how much it would be. He told me "I'm not interested in your story. Are you a customer?" Well,, no, I was not one YET, but I was looking to hire them. He then told me, "then I'm not having this conversation" and hung up.



        They may be business and industrial only (sorry to say I noticed that after the fact) HOWEVER, the rudeness was unbelievable.
