St. Paul Rheumatology has 2 sites and 3 physicians. The facility at Eagan is pleasing, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful.
I was initially diagnosed by another physician. I was not pleased with his treatment, so I moved on. I, also see another physician in Florida who I don't regard as my physician only a means to treatment. I was referred to Dr. Moreta by a well-respected physician. She is very knowledgeable about all current trends in medicine. I think she is progressive in her treatment. Dr, Moreta wasn't born in the US, therefore her presentation may be different from others. She is by no means belittling or degrading. Dr. Moreta is very concerned, thorough and interested in my overall care. I am completely happy with my care. My RA is under control. I highly recommend St. Paul Rheumatolgy.

Dr Elvia Moreta is a doctor in need of a bedside manner. The only reason I went to her was that clinic was the only one my insurance would cover. She has a constant habit of belittling her patients and staff. On the days when she wasn't there, her staff admitted it was like a holiday for them. I also was belittled, put down, her constant references to her patients was "you people..." as in, "you people just don't understand what I do for you!" said with all the angry bitterness of a parent scolding a child. If you can find a better clinic, I urge you to do so. Maybe if all of her patients left her, as I finally did, she'd get the message.
