Overall

Throughout my tenancy, Kaehler Management was extremely rude and treated me like a second-class citizen, even threatening to call the police and file a UD action for being a day late with the rent payment. They refused to fix items I requested, including a huge hole in the bathroom door and no lock on the patio door. I went the entire tenancy with no lock on that door. But the biggest offense came at the end of the term. They tried to charge me my entire deposit for damaged items that were there when I moved in, and then, on top of that, they tried to add an additional $400. After many delays and stall tactics from them, we were finally able to get our entire deposit back. They have quite the shakedown scheme going on. Know your rights, document your move-in checklist with great detail, and don't let them steal your deposit! They will try!

Overall

They threatened us and harassed us all the time. They claim cops were at my house and that they filed a report about a marajauna smell when no one was home. I called the police and there was never even a complaint. They were always trying to intimidate us. Now that we moved our neighbors dumped furniture and they are trying to pin it on us. So I guess this means we will see them in court cause I will not pay them another dime.

They neglect our building and ...

They neglect our building and threaten to evict us because we offered to fix the problems ourselves. I have never seen this kind of behavior from a landlord before.
