J and R Appraisal

This was the worst experience I have had with an appraiser. Ricky was no willing to take his time and lazily did an appraisal with non relevant comps and not a house less than a block from me that sold 3 weeks ago that was comparable to ours. He used old comps and left significant information off the appraisal and when they were pointed out to him showed no interest in correcting his false information. Do not use this company.

Terrible company do not use them for anything. they always come in low a lot of times and I have never known them to come up on price even when their wrong
