I love this place it is so welcoming!! The instructors always keeps me wanting to come back. I have lost 5 lbs since I started going here and more to come. I cant wait to meet my goals!! I also love how not every day is the same thing. This is definitely a place to check out if you want to tone and strengthen or ever start something new!!

I absolutely love ILKB! Its a wonderful environment where everyone is supportive no matter their fitness level. The workouts are fantastic and so are the staff. I highly recommend trying it out to see for yourself!

I Love Kickboxing is a wonderful place to get healthy and meet new people. In the year I have been going, I have noticed an increase with my strength, endurance, and flexibility. After class, I always feel great and accomplished.

Going to class makes me happy instead of thinking thru the day for any excuse to skip the workout. I think it is the fact that the staff is always happy, they know you by your name, they celebrate any small victory you may have. The staff always comes to your bag and says hi! Or high fives you and takes time to help you make any modifications you may need. The work out is challenging and the environment is very friendly. This is perfect for beginners or anybody looking for a change on their routine! I totally recommend you trying this work out, I have done it for the past 1 month and I don’t understand why I didn´t start it sooner.
