Gregie's Small Engine Repair

I took my weed whip to this repair shop which was the first mistake. I asked the lady that works there to call me when she knew what was wrong with it. She called me and said it will be 50 to fix and would not tell me what was wrong with it. I said go ahead cause I needed it the next day. She called me back 5 minutes later and said she did a fuel flush and its ready to go. A 50 fuel flush on a weed whip. Wow. Never go there. Service and customer service was very poor.

Took my lawnmower less than two seasons old in last fall for a repair as it would not start. He went on a long, irrelevant and cranky old man rant about making everything in China. I didn't care and wanted my lawn mower fixed. I came back the next week and he had said he cleaned the engine, replaced the filter, etc. and that it should work just fine. I was shocked at the bill which was almost equal to what I paid for the dang thing. I never got around to cutting my grass again for the remainder of the year (was end of season) so it sat in my garage for the winter. Low and behold, I'm trying to start it this spring and I'm having the problems again. I don't think he even did anything but clean up the thing and change the air filter, and for $140+ repair I'm pretty disappointed. Never going back.

The man was very rude when i got there. I couln't lift the snowblower out of my truck and instead of using the ramp he just tugged at the snowblower until my truck lining ripped. To wich he said i quote " well that is what they are for". The owner never said anything nice. He was a very cranky and unpleasent man.I feel he took advantage of me on the price. If you want to get insulted many times, get your car ripped and be over charged go to Gregies. There are a lot of other better places that you can find. Gregies is the winner for the worst customer service i have ever had.
