I've been here twice with my family. This review is based mostly on their employee Kathy. I got mostly bad service that caused me to never consider this Great Clips again. The first time, Kathy did my husband's hair. She was the worst. She has something against gay people. The second time, Joy did my haircut. She was awesome. If this review was based solely on Joy, I'd be rating this business much differently. Instead, Kathy's presence was enough to ruin everything for me and my family. Kathy was hugely homophobic around me and my family. I brought myself, my husband, and my son with. When she did my husband's hair, she was unprofessional. I sensed the difference between how she was around other people vs. around us. She was okay around them but not us. She kept looking at my family funny, like she was disgusted around us. She had a bad attitude. She was done with the haircut in no more than 5 minutes. After we paid and as we we leaving, I overheard her making a "pshhhh" sound effect, whatever you call it. I didn't bother to go on Google back then because I thought at the time that this was an isolated incident and that there was no way she'd last there. My second visit for my haircut proved me wrong. Thankfully Joy did my hair instead of Kathy, but Kathy was around and at her ways again. When Kathy called out a person's name from the customer list, I was supposed to be next, but she skipped me and called out the name below me. I confronted her about it, but she told me rudely to go away. She was hostile about it. This was for the best because I didn't want her doing my hair anyway. While Joy was giving me a fantastic haircut and being professional and a sweetheart, again, Kathy was trying her best to make me and my family uncomfortable. She was homophobic yet again. Her homophobic tactics worked. She was giving us all dirty looks, the same ones as before. Worse, I overheard her calling me a homophobic slur behind my back, one that I won't repeat on Google. I was astounded that someone like Kathy is working there and treating people like this. How is this possible? I can only imagine how many other customers have gone through this. I hope the manager reads this review and takes it to heart. When and if he or she does, I'll come back to see Joy and rewrite this review based on her. I love Joy!One more thing: gay youth age 16-24 are 4X more likely to commit suicide. This is what scares me most about the homophobic antics I saw and went through.

My favorite barber. Good haircut, good prices, and one of the nicest guys around. You can't go wrong by going to D-Hair.
I made an appointment for 7 am on March 3 2018. I arrived and wait about 10-15 with a no show from hair braider/owner. I called her and she said she was waiting on her daughter but she would be there. She arrives at approximatly 8:15 am Thats one hour and fifteen minutes late. I asked for microbraids she explained to me that microbraids wouldn't last but senglese twist would this hair style was priced higher by the way and when I asked how long it would last the owner/hair braider stated about three months. Within the first few days I had lost roughly eight braids. I called her and ask if I could come back for a repair she said I ccould however I could not find the time to come back within those few days as this hair braiding deal takes hours ok. Eleven days into a hair style that is suppose to last three month I have lost about fifteen braids. I called Divas again and asked if she would repair braids when I have time. I stated that I would pay something although she really should repair them for free as industry pratice is that repair should take place within the first two week with no additional charges. I am within this time frame. She was extremely ignorant about the whole transaction. Do not Patronize this company nor the lack of customer service displayed. You should get what you paid for and what was promised in this case it was a three month long lasting hair do.I will have my hair fixed by owner/hair braider for an additional fifty dollars. That makes a one-hundred and eighty dollar hair do that is suppose to last three month a two-hundred and thirty dollar hair due within two weeks. The photo is of my hair two weeks to the day after getting a three month lasting hair do for one-hundred and eighty dollars. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!
Very rude I asked to get a hair cut and the man said oh I cant cut your hair because it has knots you have to shampo it and brush it yourself.

First time customer bought a groupon massage for this place, had to wait many months. Finally three month later going to my appoint. and going there I was told the appoint. was canceled! Worst thing ever having to drive all the way there just to find out your appoint. is canceled and lied that they called. I don`t see no call/voice message. End up rescheduling,waited another month.Waited so long I forgot the appoint. and didnt even go!They cant even give you a call a day before to reminding you that you have an appoint.!They make there client wait 2-4 months, the least they can do is called a day head to remind there customer they have an appoint..You would think they would call you saying that you have missed your appoint, but they didn't even called at all. Not only that I haven't even received my massage yet and they have already asked for my groupon number.Meaning that they have received my money. They can kep that money as a donation of me telling other people to never go there.
Our first experience at Colleen & Company was great! My girlfriend and I treated ourselves to the Elemental Mani/Pedi and Kayla and Latia were terrific. Both were very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable with a cool, eclectic style. We have already booked our next mani/pedi!
