great happy hour prices and good wings that's all they have going for them! horrible customer service and weak shots actually i don't even think they put alcohol in them! i had 6 shots during our monthly group gathering and i didn't even get a buzz! when normally two shots would have done the job. we have been here multiple times thinking it would get better... nope! still horrible, rude, slow customer service! if you are big on customer service do not go here you will be disappointed! i guess it's time to take our group somewhere else after work!

food is really good but I can't justify the pricing I mean its a dollar a wing! not the cleanest place around either, almost no parking...
Excellent appetizers Outstanding mealsAnd the desserts were awesome, even though you are full, you just can't stop eating these incredible dessert choices
This place hadn't chafed since my dad worked there when I was a kid. The best thing on the menu is the Turkey dinner. Everything else will please you too. (My Father told me that he gave keys his recipe for the chicken and wild life soup. Not sure if he was trying to take credit for amazing or if it's really true...)
Billy's on Grand is a nice place to eat and share drinks with family and friends! Stop in next time you are in the "heart of" Saint Paul Minnesota!
Best in class French Silk Pie! Carry out a variety of fresh pie selections or dine in and enjoy lunch or dinner before pie! Great place for the family to meet after a school event or etc.!
I ordered takeout -- a Bacon Burger. They included fries with my order. Both were delicious. I especially like the way the fries are prepared. So nice and crunchy. Going there later on tonight. Might try something different, but I'm hooked and those burger and fries.
They have good brewed fresh coffee AND all of the blends (ie, med & dark roast), something that is hard too find in any coffee shop today (even "Starbucks") with the excuse of "we're conserving waste"---bs, they're lazy. The atmosphere is 'quaint' (antique like) and large enough too be off by yourself with a good book. "Rude staff"? (MaggieShriver): are you a transplant and not used to "Minnesota Nice?" People in St Paul are NOT interactive or "in your face." If that's what you want go to Minneapolis for a 'bit' more flair and progressiveness. The 2 cities are VERY different: coming from a native born.
I ordered takeout, there was grit in it and broke two teeth. Same thing happened her to another artist friend. Stay away! Not as nice and friendly as it seems!
Don't judge a book by its cover! Great food and great service! Family of 6. Food was tasty, seasoned perfectly and coffee was amazing! Will be back everytime I come to msp!
