Terrible experience!! My husband and I had recently moved to the area and needed a SUV because we have a large family. They assured is the vehicle we purchased was safe and a very well running car. The day we purchased this SUV, one thing happened after another. The heater core peaks, there is a major gas leak and the knock sensor is bad. We inform them of all the issue's and the owner Chris rolls his eye's. We also informed them that we haven't received our automatic key to the car and they promised us they would have it soon and they would try to look at the issues to the car. Well a month later and no key and nothing about fixing the issues unless we pay for it ourselves. This place is the biggest scam I've ever dealt with. This past week our SUV was repoed for no reason. They calm is was due to insurance lapse and when we proved it wasn't then they tries to say we were behind on payments, we proved that wrong then they tries to say it was due to my husband changing jobs and not informing them. Um you can't repo someone's car because they got a new job. We've always paid our payments and insurance and the owner took our car illegally!! We have contacted many lawyers about this to make sure we have a case and reading these other reviews, well I'm certain we do. I would love to take this jerk and his whole company down. Nothing but a bunch of crooks!! Please safe yourself from giving them your money, you and your family will get screwed!!!!!!
They sell lemons! I suggest whoever decides to buy one be prepared to be stuck with a piece of crap! BUT if you like to be stuck on the side of the road and pay for crap that's your dealership!!
Beyond nightmare worse of the worst happened to our family, our payment was due & death at our door so I communicate with them even spoke to a lady letting them know!That Monday at4:23pm informed them that your dad was dieing hospices had just said blood pressure was at50/30 giving him12-24hours if that.Told her they could just pull two payments that week but that we had to get to your dad asap.what did she say"ok that will be fine"I go to but our bags in trunk to leave it's gone!Thank God our son was able to rush us there! My husband's Father passed that next day at 6:41pm while we all are scrambling to figure out what was gonna happen with his dad funeral & ect everyone trying to raise the money for that.THEY QualityAuto have the nerve to call about a payment reminder.after they did what they did to us over ONE freaking payment AN they knew what was going on just took it then when I talked to them THE LADY THEN DIDNT EVEN KNOW OUR CAR HAD BEEN PICKED UP!!!!No one knew why , what or where it was at that moment.But needed the payment !!Well going threw all was were going thru his father's viewing was on that Saturday ONE Day before FATHER'S DAY!! and they are still calling us about not the payment we just owed but ALL the payments after while they have what used to be our car leaving my husband with NONE !!So thank you QUALITY AUTO! We communicated with y'all ,paid our payments and what did y'all do screw us without even using K-Y during a horrible situation on top of it all you'll just had to put the cherry on top Family business my butt.shame is what y'all should be feeling, greed may had got y'all that business BUT ITS US HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO KEEP YALL open !! My experience was a nightmare! The vehicle that I purchased was giving me problems the 1st week that I purchased it. I took it back and they supposedly took a look @ it and sent me on my way. I took the vehicle back a total of 9 times for white smoke from the tailpipe. They put new head gaskets on and the vehicle continued to smoke. I was never offered a different vehicle at anytime plus I was making my payments on time! Buyers be ware this place is a big scam!!!!!! I returned the vehicle due to the stress that it was causing me and money from me missing work, due to the fact that I had to keep taking it back and forth for them to "take a look at it"! I will be seeking legal actions for lost wages and the stress that this place has caused me! I hope that my experience can be a help to someone because I was blindsided and scammed!

I just took my car to Hollingsworth to get it diagnosed for a recurrent check engine light that started the day after I bought the car while I was driving it from Augusta down to Kings Bay. The code was generic and indicated lots of potential issues. I had already had an issue with the dealership I bought it off of having the wrong type of oil in it so I was expecting the worst, however, the Hollingsworth mechanics started with the most likely / least expensive potentials first and after replacing the air filters that looked like they hadn't been replaced since the car was built in 2006 the fault code cleared and hasn't been back since.While Hollingsworth Automotive could have easily taken advantage of the fact that I am from out of town and am unfamiliar with the car since I have only owned it for two weeks, they acted with honesty and integrity. Mr. Hollingsworth even asked if I am in the military and gave me a discount which I didn't think to ask about. The entire staff was courteous and very helpful through the entire process. I wish the dealership I bought the car off of in Augusta had the same business model.
