On November 28, 2016 I was driving west on I-44 behind one of their trucks. Traffic was very heavy and there was a lot of construction. Suddenly the traffic came to a standstill. The truck was pointed uphill slightly. I was approximately five feet behind. The truck started rolling backwards and hit my car. There was no way I could get out of my car safely. Traffic started moving again in a matter of seconds. Luckily my wife was a passenger and wrote down the license plate number, cab number, and name of the company.I contacted my insurance company and my agent suggested contacting the company before filing a claim. I called and talked to a man named Roger. I gave him all the information and he said he would look into it and call me back by the next day.A week later I had to call him back. He acknowledged that the truck in question was in that area by the GPS coordinates, but basically said I could be lying about what occurred. Now granted the damage to my car was not extensive. I took it to a body shop and the estimate was less than $550. But that is not the issue. This company could have just done the right thing and offer some type if restitution but they chose not to do that.I tell my story to make this point: if they are going to treat me in this manner, I wonder how they would treat a client.
These people are simply a delight. Also, very affordable."Delight" in today's world means a lot to me.Thank you.M. Eisenberg
Metro bus company is the worst transit company i have ever experienced, buses are always late or early making you late for wherever your going, standing in heat or cold for thirty min or more, bus pull to stop, your connecting bus is pulling off, will see you running for the bus, driver looks at you and keeps going....i hate public transportation in st louis, pay all that money for poor customer service.....no star rating, site made me select a star, but for me the last two years of riding they deserve no star
Great Company! Highly recommended
I have worked for Kendall's Hauling for years and he as always paid in a timely manner, if the subcontractor's does a good job. Never had a problem working for this company! I would use his services. Highly recommend!
His company page states nothing but positive things, but that's not a surprise, he wrote it. Kendall Hauling doesn't pay his clients, and his customers are acquired merely on convenience. There are many good hauling services in the St. Louis area, but this is not one of them
