AWFUL SERVICE! I got acrylics they were way too thick and shaped terribly! They only lasted 1 week and they tore off my actual nail beds which left me in pain!
Just terrible,felt like she was petting me during supposed massage,then didn't even paint whole toenail,she left edges natural nail and I had maroon polish looked terrible,save your money and go somewhere else
I seriously wish i could give them no stars! They lack customer service skills and definitely do not understand how to problem solve basic problems. I really should have taken the hint when i was asked to come back the next day. When they were checking me out, i asked them to run my debit as credit. It was this huge ordeal that pretty much made me look like i was trying to steal something. The lady kept asking me over and over again if i had another card. Are you seriously kidding me? I keep telling you the same answer over and over. Then she basically tells me that i didnt have the money in my account. Umm how would you know what i do and dont have in the account? Your employee got me locked out of my card. Not my fault.
Took the girlfriend and the service was very professional and they all seem like nice happy people. we both got pedicures and she got a manicure.
Saw a Wednesday special for 40% off all wax services so scheduled an underarm wax. It was an awful experience! The wax she used didn't actually remove any of my hair so she started plucking each hair out with tweezers! When it was time to pay she tried charging me for a completely different service-that cost more- and couldn't correctly calculate the 40% off. After I took my phone out to show her the math and my actual total, she grabbed my card out of my hand and ran it. Never going there again!!
I have been seeing Rachel for 2 years and twice now they have burned me. Once my boyfriend pre paid for an appointment as a gift and they tried to have someone else do my nails after my boyfriend specifically made an appointment with my lady. Then, this past week I called the day before to make an appointment and when I went in the next day, they said my name wasn't in the books so Rachel couldn't do my nails. I needed to come back later. I live 20 minutes away and when I call to make an appointment I would expect to be gotten in some way or another. My schedule isn't at the disposal of the business and to be treated like I'm not a regular customer and not feel welcome every time I go in there--NO THANKS! I'll spend a few extra dollars and go to Bello Salon where they do an awesome job, better color selection, less rushing, and I always feel welcome!!
I asked for powder instead of polish they said they knew how. They kept raising the price and did not do correctly then only one coat. My nails were trimmed to half of what they were supposed to be because of them not knowing how to do it. There are spots with nothing on them and what is there you can see through and is chipping they refused to give me my money back!! Do not go here!!

I tried to give this place a chance since they are a local business. I went numerous times and my gel or powder nails just didn't last more than a few days. 3-4 I also received pedicures and walked out with dry looking feet and sloppy polish. The last gel manicure by the manager Hanah was so bad I went in two days later for her to remove it. I was thick and already lifting at the cuticle. She removed the gel and did nothing to try and make things right. I asked her for a refund (since I had already spent around $600 on nails etc. since their opening. She said she would have the manager contact me. After a number of calls to her finally after 2 weeks the manager T called me and said no refund because the nail girls are on commission. He did not offer anything to make it right. In addition to poor quality, when Hanah does nails she is also answer questions, answering the phone and managing the business. As a result, don't plan on getting nails and toes in less than 2 hours. I also brought that issue to the manager T's attention and he said they are still figuring out staffing and that is why she has to do other things. Well sorry, but my time is also important - and staffing issues aren't my problem. Save yourself time, money and get a decent manicure somewhere else. Don't go to TD Nail Spa in Yorkshire plaza.
