If ONLY I could rate this business a ZERO star.This owner is a disgusting human being. Never have I been so disrespected by someone who call themselves a business owner. COMPLETELY rude and unprofessional! This disgusting human racially profiled myself and another colleague who were meeting in the parking lot (my colleague also works in the same building as this "Owner's" business). Accused me of loitering and was unapologetic when confronted about his racial profiling. Even an apology would have helped in this situation, but there was no remorse at all for his irresponsible behavior.I can't believe anyone who treats potential customers retains any type of business at all. I CAN ONLY HOPE NO ONE ELSE CONTINUES DOING BUSINESS HERE AND NO ONE READING THIS REVIEW IS EVER SUBJECT TO THE SAME TYPE OF TREATMENT I WAS SUBJECTED TO TOAY!!! I'M DISGUSTED.
Victor has been servicing my clock for many years. He is a master clock repair person, and is completely honest. One example: I live in Chesterfield and his service call charge is $75-$85. I have called other clock repair dealers who are located in the Chesterfield area, and their charge is $125-$130. My clock is 23 years old, and he recently did a complete overhaul due to its age. And the price was very reasonable. I can assure you if you call him for service, you will receive prompt, excellent workmanship that is very reasonable in cost.
This jewelry store has the best prices and selection I've ever seen. The friendly worker cleaned my ring as I browsed through the store and I was able to get the perfect gift for my sister at a great price! Not overpriced like other chain jewelry stores. Will definitely be back for all my jewelry purchases, repairs, and cleanings!

Went to jewelry stores and they sent me to them I was surprised how knowledgeable and professional they are , they changed my Movado watch battery and strap in a few minute and reasonable price compared to other locations I visited.
They have always been polite & helpful. We have been going to this location since they first opened.
I visited this store on July 21, 2014. I came to the store with my 4 kids, my oldest is 12 and she stayed in the car. But my other kids were with me age 11,9 and 3. The kids were fine in the store. They did look a few items on the shelf, but they were not picking them up. I was focused on having something Fed ex overnighted. The very mean man behind the counter, ROBERT, yelled at my kids in front of me. He then proceeded to tell he that he has a baseball bat if I need to use it on them. He told me they didn't listen. I laughed off because I couldn't wait to leave. I really wanted to tell him off, but you see my 11 year old son was just diagnosed with a brain tumor. It is extremely difficult to treat. I needed to overnight his medical records to yet another hospital for a second opinion. I thought to myself that a baseball bat on my son would be so horrible. He has struggled so much that past month, was in Children's hospital for 2 weeks for a craniotomy and had been through so much. For this man to even suggest that I beat my kids was just HORRIBLE. It makes me mad right now even though it was awhile ago. I am sure he is a very mean person and I am sure he is abusive to his kids (I hope he doesn't have any). He is probably the same person in the review below mine from 12/30, I will NEVER EVER go here again. This is not how you do business. I do not even want to give him one star.
Maybe I am naive. Maybe this is standard practice but in my opinion it is a scam and a rip off. I had a package sent to me at the hotel and they had the UPS store receive it. I DID NOT send it to the UPS store. The HOTEL gave it to the UPS store. The UPS store then charged me $25 to pick up my package! My friend picked up 5 boxes he had shipped there and they charged him $250 pick up fee!!!!
Not in my case. I was assured that they will deliver my documents on time but they did not. I paid about 48 dollars to be delivered over night, but it took 3 days and they delivered on Monday instead of Saturday. The nice staff is here in MO, but not sure about IL, they made a note they there was an attempt to be delivered. I could have paid 10 dollars instead of 48 dollars. Now it is pointless that my papers are in Chicago.
