Not the first time coming to that location, never had any problems, the employees are very professional and attentive to detail.

Worst car rental experience ever. Rude staff, deliberately unhelpful. Kelly, one of the manager, is accusatorial, nasty and lies. Experience so bad I intend to litigate the matter. Go to the St. Louis airport office at your own risk.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car gave us valuable choices and took the time to explain our options. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I've tried other rental companies and none come close to Enterprise. P.S. The shuttle drivers were social and looked for ways to help with a smile. Angie A.
The Guys that work there are awesome very friendly Carlos, and Jesus are very professional good service I will differently be back !Thanks guys !!
Our flight got in at night. Bad weather (snow and sleet) were going to hit the next day. The shuttle driver was very friendly, helped with our bags and gave us tips on things to do while we were in st Louis. Check in was very quick. The agent met us on the lot and offered us an upgrade for a little more each day. It worked out great because we were about to upgrade to a 4wd which helped tremendously to get around in the bad weather that weekend. Such a blessing. On our return, the drop off was super quick and easy. I would highly recommend this location.
I am a recent Emerald Club member and couldn't be happier with my experience so far! I was impacted by the storms that hit 12/16-12/17 and impacted the airline industry. My flight, from St. Louis to Denver, which was delayed 11 hours was cancelled at 1:30 am on 12/18. The next flight available to me was 12/21. Needing to be back sooner I decided to rent a car and drive to Denver. I showed up at 2:00 am, and even though the systems were down, they were very understanding of my situation and took care of me as soon as the systems came back on line. I grabbed a Jeep Compass, which was a perfect vehicle for the conditions, and couldn't have been more satisfied. When I finally arrived in Denver (13 hours later) I couldn't have been met with any more "Enthusiasm" and "Appreciation" for my business!! I definitely made the right choice with the right rental company! Thank You!!
The folks at the Brentwood Enterprise are real professionals. I use them regularly and they are always friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to make my experience the best it can be!
I've used this car rental spot quite a few times. I like the convenience of it to the airport but I don't like that shuttle fee they charge. Plus I've mistakenly left a pair of Gucci glasses and a morphie (portable iPhone charger) in the car and they "magically" disappeared even though I called right after I got transported to the airport by their shuttle. Smh, one employee even told me that the people who clean the cars for them were hired contract and they weren't responsible for our left behind items. I just couldn't believe that. So they are cool for renting but PLEASE remember to grab all your things because they will be taken and go missing all of a sudden.
The service was good, except the agent did not thoroughly go over the fuel option. I had about 3/4th of a tank of gas and they charged me $26.00. The light was on when I left Jefferson City, I filled up and it only took $22.00. Gas was the same price I was supposed to get. Not happy at all. This is the second time I have had an issue with enterprise. For the most part happy with them. They need to ask if you have had the service before, if no explain fully. They are so worried about getting you in and out that they don't explain fully. I should have asked but I thought they would consider what was in the tank. I feel like they took advantage of me. So always fill up your tank before returning.
I reserved a minivan on Thanksgiving night and when I got there, there were only 3 vehicles total available and one representative on duty in the office. I realize it was Thanksgiving. Luckily, 1 of the 3 available vehicles was a Suburban because I had 5 other people counting on me to pick up a vehicle that would accommodate our group. The Suburban worked fine from a room standpoint, but it smelled of smoke, needed to be vacuumed and wiped down, used a lot more gas than a minivan, and was difficult for a few guests to get in to the back row because the middle row was a bench and not bucket seats. I also had credits to use for 2 of the 3 days which were applied during the reservation and confirmed by the agent, but upon return was charged the full amount of the rental. The credits were not applied, so I had to call a customer service line to get this fixed. The customer service gentleman did a great job fixing, but it was still a hassle. Everything worked out alright in the end, but the situation wasn't perfect and makes National hard to trust for future use. If that Suburban wasn't there, I don't know what our family would have done for our trip.
