I've been going to this Great Clips since it opened and up until six months ago have been very pleased with the service. No longer. The past three times I've been there, I've gotten horrible cuts. Yesterday was the worst. I told the stylist I wasn't happy with the cut and her response was to go home and put product on it and it would be fine. Really? I'm old enough to know when I've gotten a bad haircut and this is definitely it. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Instead I got another stylist who couldn't care less and told me to come back in for a "fix." I'm leaving town tomorrow, I don't have time to go back for another bad experience. I wish I could actually speak to an owner or manager regarding this but I realize it's futile. Maybe others are still having good experiences at this location but I'm going to have to spend additional money finding someone who can fix this latest terrible cut (hopefully with better customer service as well).

DON'T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS!!!!!Absolute worst customer experience I have ever dealt with I my life. While in the waiting area a customer came in and she was not pleased with her hair. Ellen the store manager was very rude to the elderly women and told her that she would have to come back because she would have to call her boss and figure out what they could do for her. I was still there when the women came back and Ellen told her the only thing she would do for her was give her a deep condition and would not refund the women. All the women wanted was her hair to look good for the holidays. Ellen’s interactions with the client where very unprofessional and rude. When my hair was done i noticed blue in my hair. Tasha called Ellen because she had left for the day and Ellen said I didn’t see any blue when I left. Ellen told Tasha that she couldn’t do anything today to have me come back in two days. When I came back Ellen sat me down in her chair and said so what’s the issue. I told her that I did not like the blue in it and feel it’s still yellow which we agreed on making it white blonde. Ellen said well if we do anything it’s going to make it more yellow. Then all the other stylist start jumping in saying well it looks good compared to what it was after bleaching. I felt like I was being attacked. I said I am not happy with the blue Ellen said it’s not blue and was arguing with me. She was speaking in a snarky rude voice. I got up and said I did not waste my whole day to come in here and not get my hair fixed. Ellen smart mouthed and said have a great Christmas I said give me a refund and she said no very rudely. I asked her why she would make me wait all day to come in at 2:30 if she was just going to look at my hair and not fix it. She again rudely said I don’t have to work around your schedule I have other appointments.Then I told her I would be calling corporate on her and she said “I can’t wait”. WORST SERVICE EVER & MY HAIR LOOKS TERRIBLE!!!!
Some shady characters/customers come in here. But the workmanship is worth it. They really take the time needed and work until the work is done. Left very satisfied and will be back for a touch up and then a take down. Getting a lot of compliments. These women are professionals.

I paid for Carmeon Meyers to balayage a wig that I shipped to her. She's been giving me the runaround for a week, and now has completely stopped responding to my messages. She told me on 2/4/16 that she mailed the wig Express, but I still haven't received it. I have been trying to contact her, but she's ignoring my texts and phone calls. DO NOT patronize Flat Out Hair Salon or Carmeon Meyers. Her IG is awesummyers. She cannot be trusted. I will be filing a case through small claims court because she is not going to get away with this!
Got tree braids yesterday and I love them. The owner was really nice. The lady who did my hair was very neat. I would definitely recommend them
WORST SERVICE EVER THE LADY COULD NOT BRAID AND TOLD ME I WAS WASTING HER TIME SINCE I DIDNT LIKE HOW SHE DID MY BRAID AND I HAD HER TAKE IT DOWN. THEY ARE RUDE AND IGNORANT

I had a horrible experience with this service as I made an appointment over one week in advance to have my braids taken down along with calling the day before to confirm my appointment all to get there, wait one hour because noone could recall my appointment. Once I was asked to sit in the chair, the lady (with the young child) was very rude as she was using the scissors to not only cut out the weave but also MY HAIR! Once I brought it to her attention, her response was very rude and unprofessional. After cutting through 3 braids, she asked if I could come back tomorrow. I didn't understand this since I previously made an appointment. Needless to say, I left and didn't even think about returning the next day..... or any day for that matter. They really need to learn professionalism and customer service!
I got my micros done here and the work was good. My sister got her dreds done and they came out great too. They had two people on my head and they have a TV and internet. Deo is pretty cool. Thanks ladies!
