May of 2017 I visited a bed ridden, long term friend of mine, at this facility that is located in a pleasant location and is very large, modern and clean. While there, I talked with several of the patients and found that the majority complained about the food and services provided, especially after the prime day shift nurses and aids left. I tasted the food that came to the room of my friend and found it to be cool, tasteless and not as described. I also noticed that after the prime shift had left, the call light was on excessively long before anyone responded. My overall opinion was, for money charged ($8,000 to $10,000 per month), I would never want to be a patient there.
I'm a fan of Webster Groves and how the city works to keep the small, tight community growing but with a norman rockwell feel. the city police are diligent and kind. they solved a crime that impacted us and were of the utmost professionalism.
I have patients at many nursing facilities in the St. Louis county area and this facility genuinely cares about their residents. The longevity of the staff is impressive.
Terrible. Staff is incompetent and irresponsible. Causes harm and will not care for loved one. After my grandpa fell, they put him to bed--It was not until a family member requested it, that he was sent to the hospital.
I think that people with kids so have to stay on the first floor or all people. With kids should be in the same building
This Place is so under staff management should be fired. The social worker will tell you anything just to get your love one in this place. Shame on you
Warm, caring staff to help you.
