AAA came out because my Mercedes would not start, tech printed out Alternator was not charging, then towed my car to shop, and they were very busy and fit me in while I worked online from the shop, called around to get best pricing with options and helped me maintain my spending budget. When our family ended up stranded on the side of the road just a few weeks after a shoddy repair on a transmission line, Mike, the owner, personally told me that we were on our own to fix the repair ourselves. When I called to ask him if he could have someone come help us with the repair, he told me he repaired it the way we told him and that he wouldn't help. So not only would he NOT stand by his work, he tried blaming me for it! He said it wasn't the correct way to fix it and that we should have had it done right the first time. I asked why he (as a professional mechanic) didn't explain to me that this wasn't the right way to repair it and he just kept telling me it was my fault. I would have gladly paid to have it fixed right the first time but he never explained that to me! Fortunately the faulty line he installed didn't end up destroying our transmission when the hose burst and we lost almost all of the tranny fluid. From our first interaction Mike was one of the rudest mechanics we've ever worked with. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there!
BEWARE! Was told car was totaled. After being told that, I sold the car to a Ase-certified mechanic for $600. The buyer/mechanic informed me within hours that the factory alarm was the reason it would not start and it works as it should. Please, do yourselves a favor and DO NOT take your car to this "shop."

I've been going to Union Weber Auto for about 14 years. These guys have helped me out in fixing any issue I've ever had with every car I have ever owned. I recently moved about 20 mins away from the shop, but will always continue to have my services done here. Thanks Mark for everything, you guys are great!
My daughter's Saturn was brain dead. I called Floyd's for a tow to the dealership, but the lady at the desk was so knowledgeable about cars, I had them take it there., 3 days later, our little car has a brain again and runs great. Probably they saved me a lot of money on this complex problem. Thanks.
They did brake repair on my car that failed, resulting in my having to return two more times before they got it right. They sold me an e brake cable that wasn't necessary. After the final brake repair Mark Miles commented that he had two daughters in college at the time. Doesn't justify taking my money for multiple repair jobs that could have been done right the first time.
I was surprised to find out that I needed an emissions test to get plates for my car, despite the fact that I did not need a safety inspection, and I called this place on a whim as I was driving down Loughbourough. The owner answered the phone and told me they could still fit me in that day. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, including the time I spent on the phone with them. They were very nice, very polite, and very efficient, and I still made it to the DMV on time. Yay!
