Disappointed that my stove too old to repair my problem. Have to go buy another stove. Repairman was very friendly and did all he could.

The technician was good. My complaint is that their first appt opening was 31 days (!). Prior to that it was 17 days. He fixed my riding mower after he came 17 days later. I used it once & something else broke, had to wait 31 days until he could come back!! That's ridiculous! In 7 weeks I was able to mow 1 time. Had to hire a company to mow our three acres two times while we waited for Sears.
Experienced and professional. Sears service has never disappointed me. Because I have used their service agreements I have been able to keep my appliances for many years.
The igniter does not work and the burners do not heat the way they use to. Terrible performance. How do I go about getting this rectified?
My initial service call went smoothly, technician diagnosed the problem, ordered part & set another appointment. A week later a 2nd repairman came & installed the part, I had to ask him if the water dispenser was now working, he checked with my prompting. Several hours later an error message came up on my refrigerator. I immediately called and was told by call center I could not make an appointment since the system had not been updated. Next morning at 0800 I call again and spent over 50 minutes trying to get an appointment that fit into my schedule.A third repairman came out and immediately saw that a portion of the electrical board that was replaced had not been plugged in. Four to five days later my refrigerator is not functioning properly, (initial compliant).First repairman came out again this week and identified that the door was 'off' thus refrigerator did not recognize that door was closed. He repaired it, for now. First negative experience with this company.
The folks at Sears have had my business for decades. Their service is unmatched and I rarely have issues with setting an appointment and getting my issue resolved the first time. They'll continue to have my family's business for years to come!
The service man was very professional and ID'd the problem quickly. Had to order the part needed, which arrived on my doorstep, soon thereafter.Repair went quickly and the equipment is back in good running condition. This is a Schwinn excercycle and the cost of the service warranty was well worth it.
We purchased a service agreement with Sears Home Services. After 4 appointments with 4 different technicians, our Samsung refrigerator is still not fixed. This has been going on since 5/13. They are coming out again today. 5th time's a charm! Right? I do realize Samsung appliances are difficult to repair and the repair men, all 4 to date, have been friendly. I just wish they'd either fix it or get us a new one. Here is a photo of the current temp of my fridge.
