I walked around and as usual, broken items, over priced items, and items that had been sitting there for months (the date the item goes on the floor for sale is on their tags). After leaving I thought about it and decided to pay their price and called them. When I went in to pick up the item, the "volunteer" behind the counter had it ready for me. She handed it to me and stated, "You need to change your review of us to shop here". I was baffled. I turned to walk through the store and she followed me with her phone in a loud voice explaining I wrote a horrible review. I stood there and explained my position on their pricing. She put her phone almost to my nose stating I don't have to shop there if I don't like the pricing. I was so taken back. I couldn't believe a grown woman in her 60's was acting this way. The staff is rude, Unknowledgeable, and use the excuse "it's for a charity" to support their extreme over pricing.
