About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

This school has been a blessing for my son. They treat your child like family and have small class size to meet their individual needs. It is truly a remarkable school and I highly recommend it.

Achievements Unlimited is a great place to work and provides the opportunity to work for many adults with developmental disabilities...It creates a positive environment for many adults who otherwise would have no other place to go to learn new skills and progress through life by getting jobs or just getting better at various daily living and social skills...Achievements Unlimited provides a very professional environment where the clients feel supported and are given the skills and opportunity to flourish as a member of the community and by giving back to the community through various work and volunteer programs...Personally, i have never worked at a more nuturing and results driven environment with a mix of interns from various colleges around the area who are getting first hand experience and experienced staff from other home health and mental care programs around Missouri...This is the top day facility program for adults with disabilities in the St. Louis area...If you are looking, i would suggest that you come visit and see the hard work our clients are doing and the creative ways in which they're taught on a daily basis.

My daughter attended this program .And in the beginning really good The last year really bad. My daughter was bullied by other clients .4black eyes in a 6 months period.Staff do not watch clients or do the programming for clients.Staff or too busy on their cell phones or being unethical by asking parents for money and do not pay it back.Staff Michael Fields was having sex with other employees(Ebony Minner)Adam Mic had sex with with his co- worker (Angie )staff member try to steal my daughter 's wallet had to threaten to make a police report for her wallet to re-appare.20mins later her wallet came up minus her money of course and damaged.Staff members or doing drugs and drug deals on Achievement unlimted property.Infact Alan Davis &adam Mic behind the dumpster .My daughter's property (clothing, food, tablet,)came up missing and Angela Craven wanted to replace her clothing with used clothing that wasn't my daughter'sBobbi straight up stoled money by deceit from me a parent.I paid for a window they say my daughter cracked gave them 1500.00 and I was told by KellyHill that achievements unlimted claimed it on their insurance .My daughter's meds were always out of count @The hands of staff members.MiccaHassen(a behavior therapist)also said how it was important to follow my daughter's programming .Never ever done right or followed by staff.Staff members allowed other clients to physically hurt my daughter and allowed other clients to steal her food soda and snacks and never replaced the missing items. And if you stand your ground with the staff Melissa Weber will accused you of berating her staff but in reality she is just covering her ass.Melissa Weber also straight up lied to the Dept.of HumanServices with a false hot line(not against me buti involving my daughter. This is not a safe place@all for the disable.Staff make false statements and incident and injury reports to cover their neglect and abuse of clients. This place needs to be closed down

St Mary Magdalen School
Stephanie S. rated

My two sons have attended the JRK3, JRK4, and Kindergarten programs at St.Mary Magdalen school and have had an outstanding experience. The environment is just wonderful - mostly due to caring, devoted teachers who are dedicated to the social and academic development of all the children. Having a full-day Junior Kindergarten program starting at age 3 was a great convenience for us, as working parents, to be able to have one place to have both our 3 and 4 year old go at the same time rather than two school drop-offs to daycare and preschool. This is a rare find amongst Catholic schools. The Junior Kindergarten years prepares them well for Kindergarten. Kindergarten is academically challenging, yet makes learning fun and encourages continued social development. Music, Spanish, Art, PE are all offered beginning at the preschool levels.Their after school program is also excellent - lots of well-supervised time for creative free play outside and inside. The school has a true community atmosphere where the students and parents are very friendly and make an effort to get to know each other even amongst different grade levels. If you want a supportive environment for your children to have an opportunity to grow and learn, and your family to feel welcome and at-home, this is the place.

The College School

There's no accountability or transparency in the spending of funds. Socioeconomic diversity is not valued, as the admissions office informed us that our son was "not the right type of diversity for scholarship." Sustainability efforts are not present in many classrooms, such as Kindergarten where the teacher throws away partially used art supplies and materials every year. One student ended up walking more than two miles home without the teachers realizing. My son was "lost" once during the after school program and was found on a playground near the parking lot unsupervised. I repeatedly observed a teacher yell at and degrade students, which was disregarded by administration. Teachers are not observed and hiring/firing is done by the Head based on "a feeling" rather than quantifiable objectives. He has no administrative or elementary experience, resulting in a corrupt business that is more focused on making money than providing young children with a safe and nurturing environment.

Some of the finest public education you can find. The principle is amazing. The staff is renowned for caring for students. Great sports and camaraderie.

Great high school. The education is top rate, but the atmosphere and the Jesuit influence are second to none. Consider being a Junior Billiken (and you can learn what a Billiken is). Great school!
