DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY JAMES LUDWIG 11 he bad news he started on my sons roof 10-days ago and still not finished he always missing in acrion never return calls never show up until after 3pm and because he didnt finish my son has to replace the ceiling in the bedroom and bathroon because the rain poured in because the roof was not completed after 5 days please do not give this guy any money up front he has a history of not returning and he doesn't pay his workers james got into afight with one of his workers on our property so be warned he is a fraud.
From first contact with project manager Fernando to final inspection everything was conducted in a very professional manor. Crew was polite and on time. Roof looks great.
If there was an option of no stars i would rate James with just that. He showed up did my roof or should i say that was what he was paid to do. He told me that i had bullet holes in my roof that was why it was leaking. Still months later leaking. He was called again due to the same leaks to tell me the same story. Bullets holes due to the leaking something that was supposed to have been fixed in the first place. Please take your business SOMEWHERE else.Do not hire this scam artist
If using this company, ask to meet the actual installers before the job. The workers put a tarp over our AC unit without a board or protection on it. The AC sucked the tarp to it damaging our AC permanently. I went outside, saw the tarp stuck to the AC, no air flow at all. The workers could not understand when asked to remove tarp. I am hispanic and was able to tell them. The roofing company said it was thermostat. We replaced it and still our air didn't work. It was 90 in our home. We told them that we wanted a certified HVAC company. The man said that it overheated. The air worked for about 3 days making terrible noises then quit working. The Happy Roof, LLC does not want to take any responsibility for the careless actions of the installers. The same installers also installed parts the roof incorrectly possibly causing future damage to our home we have worked so hard to maintain. I implore anyone who is contemplating using this company to meet every worker and ask for credentials.
They did a great job and took pride in the overall project. They finished in a timely manner. My home looks completely different after the completion of the work. Like the other reviews, James also stole our deposit. He never completed the work and stopped returning phone calls after the money was given. Avoid this fraud at all costs. He has a record of theft and burglary just check on case net.
