Dr. Johans is WORST experience I have had finding a doctor to manage my pain; instead of trying NONINVASIVE methods or sending me to another doctor he jumped right to INVASIVE injections. His attitude & some of the comments he made was counterproductive to MY health, after injections didn't work he immediately suggested burning nerve endings. You put your trust in doctors to make better judgements than we could & NOT make things worse! He needs to retire after my experiences he is just going thru the motions puts his ego/IDEAS above everyone else; he is so far out of touch with listening & treating people with respect!

I have suffered from migraine headaches since I was 18 years old. I have been to several different doctors and treatment providers seeking a solution that would finally lend me some type of relief. I have taken all kinds of medication, tried a chiropractor, acupuncture, etc. and nothing seemed to work. One of my co-workers recommended I try to get an appointment with Dr. Padda because he has a special technique that he does specifically for migraine headaches. Much to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The office was packed when I arrived but the staff were friendly and efficient. I had to wait about 15 minutes and they got me right in. Dr. Padda asked me tons of questions regarding the frequency of my headaches, severity, health history, etc. He recommended that we try an SPG - (Sphenopalatine Ganglion Block). Of course, I had no idea what that was so he explained it and it sounded EXTREMELY scary and intimidating. However, given all the pain and discomfort I have went through, i decided to try it. I came back a few days later for the procedure. it was quick and painless and for the best news - it totally worked! I still see Dr. Padda on a regular basis for follow up's and sometimes get Botox, which also helps my headaches immensely. He is a life saver for me. Highly recommend Dr. Padda - If he was able to help my headaches, I am sure he can help treat any type of pain.
I know how terrible back pain can be. After a fall down the stairs, I had unimaginable pain for five years. I had been to various doctors and done physical therapy throughout that time period. Stretches worked when I was sore, but sometimes the pain was so intense that I could hardly get out of bed. I have even had to take days or weeks off of work due to the pain. I finally found a doctor who really listened to my symptoms and understood my problem. Other doctors had mentioned surgery, but my doctor didn't think that I would improve with surgery. Instead he offered me a less invasive treatment, cortisone injections in some joints of my spine called facet joints. His work was seriously life changing! I haven't felt so normal since before my back issues began. I have been pain free for more than a year and I couldn't be more grateful.
I went to see Dr Padda for low back pain. My sister was seeing him at the same time so I thought he was a good doctor. Needless to say he wanted to give me a spinal injection without even seeing my MRI first. When I refused he told me that all I wanted was the drugs. I explained to him that he was treating my sister and after he looked at my MRI I would love to try spinal injections. He made me wait 2 1/2 hours before he would write me a prescription. Then he told my sister she needed surgery and she had it done. That was 10 years ago and she has had to have 2 more surgeries to fix what he did to her. After the way he treated me I went elsewhere thank the Lord. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone. He is not compassionate with his clients and is all about making fast money. He should not be allowed to do surgery on people or animals. WORST DOCTOR IN ST. LOUIS.
I see Dr Granberg and he is awesome! Before coming here I dealt with pain for years and the injections have managed it to the point my entire life is not geared around pain. I have neck problems and lower back/hip issues.. When I was laid off, Dr Grandberg was gracious enough to work out some office visits I could afford. The staff is great and friendly I really like Susan, the nurse practitioner. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. Yes, sometimes there is a long wait to get to your injection but I think having a good doctor is worth the wait. Sometimes a patient might need extra time to talk which puts them behind, but they sit and listen and dont rush you. That's worth a lot in this day and age. The only thing I would ask to change is, PLEASE get more comfortable seating in the waiting room as we are all there because we hurt, so comfortable chairs area must!Highly Recommend!
Perfessional loving, caring, takes time with each patient .couldn't find a better staff. They are so nice and caring.
The branch M&M South office; . I know that for a several sessions.....went in hurting and barely able to function after 2 back fusions in less than 4 yrs. they have been nothing less than spectacular in my rehab; follow-up; temporary pain relief; whatever you want to call this part of my health and LIFE. Dr. Coleman is a sharp character in his field of expertise. Recommended by my orthopedic surgeon; name well known in health field circles. The Dr., or the head nurse. I have NOT had any issues. None, nadda, nothing but the best care. From medical info to injections, they are kind, professionals, caring and go the extra lengths for myself and others while waiting in the front intake processing, or in the back for injections. I sneezed,,,sumbitch I says.. the Doc just said that it would hurt my backside from the sneeze more than to him, in his jolly tone. So to all of of the negative comments and/or the ones who think they can get (the fix) passing thru their office fogetaboutit... L.W.
I couldn't believe the reviews were so low! Dr. Granberg was amazing to me! He was so kind and compassionate when I had undiagnosed pain that ended up being my SI joint out of place! I spent 2 years in horrible pain prior to surgery. He was so nice seemed genuinely concerned about where my pain was coming from. Once I found an SI joint specialist he also did the injections to confirm this was the cause. Highly recommend him!
I love Dr. Schmidt! He solves my pain problems in my hips. He has increased my quality of living.
I think everyone below is out of their mind! I see Dr. Grandberg, and their staff is AMAZING! I feel terrible for what they have to deal with! The person who gives me a ride says that people in the waiting room are terrible & demanding - and I've witnessed it myself! Dr. Granberg is a delight, Susan (the nurse practioner) has actually helped me out in ways that Dr. Granberg hasn't! She helped me find a cream for my pain. The staff is top notch - noone better!People don't understand that Dr. Granberg's time is accounted for every single minute (as is Dr. Kohlman's I'm sure!!) - they're doing injections (which IS surgery when it comes to sedating people!), so they really can't pull people out for every little question that you have! This IS the best and most amazing Pain Managment place in THE state. I've been coming here fromt he beginning. I LOVE the office on Tesson Ferry, and I will NEVER go anywhere else!Millennium deserves 100 stars...sadly, I can only give 5....
