All staff is rude and loud when talking about patients, I’m sure Hippa was broken at least 10 times when I was at this urgent care
Terrible customer service. You will wait over an over while staff makes excuses for managers who don't know what they are doing. I watched the pharmacist ask why pills where lying around and who the belonged too! The person I told who was reviewing my order was in the back on his computer the whole time!!!
I had a great experience being treated for a cold and sinus attack. I was able to get an appointment online and go over relatively quickly after the initial contact. The facility was clean and the nurse professional was very good to interact with.Serry Thakor
Eye surgery is stressful enough without having to worry about eye drop prescriptions. I’ve had to call this pharmacy 3 times (which my doctor insists on using though it is not close to my home or his office) — yet I still did not receive my eye drops on the day I was instructed to begin using them. I would never trust this pharmacy with my prescriptions if I had a choice.
Terrible and super rude! I would not recommend them. They tell you one thing and then they charge your card something else. Then when you get the pills in the mail and you see they are the wrong amount. Then you call and they wont do anything to make it right. They literally told me there's nothing they can do! It's just so wrong! I can't believe this company is still in business.
Very personable great place
Always in and out with great service the staff is supportive and funAlways there for us Thanks OUR staff
Free delivery was a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. I would recommend using again.
Very bad company. Every January, my insurance deductible is fully paid. January, February and March, I picked up my blood thinner from Walgreens for $83 after my insurance pays the majority of it. In April, Now, after 3 months, I pick up my blood thinner and the employee of Walgreens handed my a paper from Express Scripts stating that I still have a deductible on my insurance all of a sudden and I have to pay the full price of the blood thinner of $415.44. I contacted Express Scripts about the incorrect information. Now they are stating that because it was a mail in prescription, the penalty is to pay full price. I asked them, so which is the reason, Penalty or deductible? I told them I had proof from my insurance company that i did not have a deductible and asked them to reimburse me. They said they were not going to do that. So now, I will be contacting the BBB and putting in a complaint. They lied to Walgreens, they lied to me. Very unethical business.
This is my neighborhood CVS. Their pharmacy is crazy busy at times. They will accommodate you if you are very sick and need a script filled a.s.a.p. Rest of the store...they have a good selection of just about everything.
