My husband and I was searching for a vehicle that we could not find in our Illinois area but found what we thought was the perfect vehicle, but we were hesitant on taking that long drive and the vehicle was not what we expected. We asked our salesperson Jason Gunter a bunch of questions about the vehicle and he took extra steps for us and video the exterior and interior of the car and it was just perfect. He made the process so simple and easy. Everything was done via phone and internet. When we arrived at the dealership, we were so impressed with the beauty of the dealership that we felt as though we were in an exclusive hotel. They even had our vehicle in it's own display room waiting for us and everything was describe just as Jason said. I would definitely do business with Plaza Land Rover and have already spread the word to everyone I know to please go purchase a vehicle from them, it was such a great experience to be treated as though we had a pocket full of money. I was in for a 25K maintenance check as notified by my Avalon startup message. I expected an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told that my initial Maintenance coverage was for 2 years and 25,000. Unfortunately I purchased my Avalon in April 2013, over three months past the 2 year mark. I had also purchase additional years of Toyota service agreement. The agent told me that tires are rotated every 5000 miles and the oil is changed every 10000 miles due to synthetic oil. Because my Avalon was over two years old I would not receive the free tire rotation. I would receive the tire rotation and oil change at 30,000 because of my extended maintenance. I thought I would have continuous maintenance so there appeared to be a hole in my coverage because I did not drive the 25000 before the two year point. My Service agent Dennis Perry made a call to the proper person and I received my 25000 mile tire rotation at no charge. I appreciate the excellent service I received.
I had visited glendale for a specific jeep wrangler, and found they didn't have any on the lot, so told Mike exactly what I was looking for. A few days later I received a call from mike about an 06 wrangler, 6 cylinder, manual transmission, with only 21.6k original miles. The cleanest 06 I've ever seen, and he told me about it as soon as he got to work (the jeep had been there 20 minutes). He sent a video of a walk around while on the phone with me so I had the chance to see it before driving to the dealership. Not that it would have mattered, I was 15 minutes away and would've gone either way, but it was a nice touch. Mike knows his jeeps inside and out, listen to what he have to say! Very personable sales staff, and they will get you what you want. I never new going to a dealership could ever go so well. They're correcting the slanderous nickname "stealership". Kudos ladies and gentlemen of glendale, kudos.
I have been taking my '08 Scion TC here since I bought it (from another Toyota dealership) in January and my services have always been great! I will only go here for oil changes, especially after a terrible service experience at a Jiffy Lube a few weeks ago. These guys are always friendly, quick, and honest in recommending only the services you need, and without trying to convince you to buy a more expensive oil. The pricing is comparable to the quick change spots, and small services like oil changes, tire rotation, and tire patching, do not require an appointment. The employees are very professional and I always feels good about my car when I leave, no nagging "I wonder what they actually did" feeling.
I bought a 2011 BMW X5 RARE M-sport package car from Plaza BMW and it was a 1-owner in EXC condition car. The overall experience was bumpy from the start but they fully recovered that by giving me a great price on the Car and fixing the issues that I seen very swiftly and the service, sales and parts departments were very pleasant to work with throughout my whole purchase experience. This is the second CPO car I have purchased from Plaza BMW and I will suggest my friends, family, and myself to buy another car from them in the future . Tom Burnett (sales manager) , Mark Reid (service writer), Mark S(service manager) and Mark Young (parts counterman) were all easy to deal with.
Excellent salesman ship demonstrated by Jackie. She made sure we got the right vehicle, while making us feel comfortable all along. If you are in the market for a lexus, I would certainly recommend going to this dealership compared to mungenast lexus. When we walked into Plaza lexus, we were welcomed and given options on if we wanted to test drive or just browse through the available options. The specific combination of vehcile that we wanted was not available, so Jackie searched through the inventory list in the country, located the one that we wanted and had it shipped to their dealership so we could own it. Th entire process went smoothly and we are happy lexus owners.
I went there to buy a used dodge truck and greeted by Rebeccah boulware which i had talked to on the phone prior to coming up there. She was more thn helpful as well as the whole staff. We looked at the truck i had called about and after looking at some numbers it made clear since to buy a new toyota truck. i looked at several and could not make up my mind the staff was very patient with me and customer service was wonderful. I was not pushed into anything and she knew a great deal about the products she was selling and after much debate she found a truck that suited me perfectly. Overall it was a wonderful expirence and would recomend to anyone that they go there.
Just wanted to take a few minutes to compliment the service staff at Weiss Toyota. I brought my car n for a 10,00 mile service and talked to Thomas Plager, my service advisor. I received fast and friendly service from him and after the service was completed, he walked through the service ticket with me step by step. I have also purchased a truck from Weiss and was treated with the upmost dignity and respect throughout the whole process. As much as I dislike most dealerships, Weiss stands out as a 1st class operation. I am always happy to visit this friendly dealership and their Toyota family.
Weiss Toyota is simply the best dealership around. From the superior service (just had my car serviced last week) to the friendliest and most knowledgable staff, there is nothing less than 5 stars about the entire experience. My Service Advisor Tom Plager was particularly great and made sure I was well taken care of. Special shout out to Casey Krebs who is awesome and helped me get into a 2014 Avalon (which is the best car I've owned - you should check one out). I wholeheartedly recommend Weiss Toyota to anyone out there looking to buy, lease, or service a car. You will not be disappointed.
South County Auto Plaza is the best used car dealership that I found. The sales guys are great and treat you like family. I bought a 2006 Nissan Quest from here a month ago and have no issues at all. This is the only place I will shop for a used car. They work with everyone. My credit wasn't that great but they worked with me and got me into the vehicle I wanted. So that being said give them a call. Cause I highly recommend you to buy a vehicle from here. If you want to be treated like your own family this is the place. They are # 1 in my book. Thanks guys.
