These guys make the nicest custom bikes in St. Louis hands down. I'm always blown away by what Eric and the team are building. They also sold me my Moto Guzzi Stornello which was only made one year and limited to 1,000 unit in the world. A+++++ Would bring my bike here everyday.

If you don't have a European bike stay clear of this place. I took a Kawasaki ninja 250 here for a carb cleaning. It was an expensive over $200 job. After finishing a few days later I was riding and coolant started to pour out of my hole causing my bike to high temp and immediately pull over. They clearly didn't hook my hoses back in correctly or snuggly. I called the shop and they offered no assistance, no tow, no inconvience money. Don't waist your time.
I have purchased two scooters from Dan and couldn't be happier. The first was a 50cc, the second a 150cc. The first was dangerously slow, the second, plenty of power. The service was done as l waited, the mechanic knew his job. They took care of me just fine. I tell people all the time about S. C. S.. Thanks guys.
I just tried calling THE DEALER about an ad for a Lincoln Towncar, The phone # listed has call forwarding to another #. When I asked the guy that answered if this was the car dealer, he asked who's calling. I asked again if this was the Car Dealer and "HE HUNG UP ON ME!"
I wished that this bike shop was my first experience. However, that's not the case. I have a Big dog Mastiff. Well, let me say NOT every shop works on them. Some claim to do so like Rich's Cycle Center. It sadness me call out a business.Yet I must warn others PLEASE do not take your bike into Rich's. I lost around $700.00 and they severely messed up my bike. Very shady folks at Rich's. Jason at Just Hawgs came to the rescue. This shop is a god sent. Jason explains, in detail issues concerning your motorcycle. Your not just another brick in the wall with this guy. The customer service at Just Hawgs on a scale from 1-10 is a "20" in my book. Now I'm not a motor head, I'm a Leather Upholster. Owner of Auto Interior Doctors & St Louis Leather Repair. I challenge anyone that has any make of motorcycle to stop in and speak with Jason and his crew. As one can see, I'm a very happy customer.
Friendly staff and good prices. They honor their commitment to the customer and resolve any issues that may arise.
These guys (and gals) are probably the most honest and trustworthy shop in the area. I tell everyone I know how great they are and would not even consider taking my bike anywhere else.
Purchased a scooter from South City Scooters about 1.5 yrs ago. SOOOO many problems with the PUMA scooter , poor response time from Puma Cycle Corp (they wee moving offices I hear). I will not purchase another Puma Scooter. The shop itself had its fair share of issues. 1. I returned with the scooter because of a rubbing sound at the front wheel.. Mechanic could not find it (the sound persists to this day). 2. After he did my scheduled checkup I found a beer can in the basket on the back of my scooter, (hardcore vote of no confidence) The sales office folk (all 2 of them) seemed nice enough but it was very apparent the young sales lady was not experienced in the art of the deal. I hate to haggle. I paid full price but NOTHING came with that, no free or discounted service checkup. I attribute this to youth and inexperience in the give and take of the service/sales industry.I am currently attempting to get a service manual from PUMA (not so sure they have every heard of such a thing) so I can take this elsewhere for service. I will not return to South City Scooters and I will not recommend to friends, family or strangers until they get someone who can actually fix the scooters as well as someone who has the courtesy to NOT drink during working hours and the respect for the customer to not include his trash with my scooter for pickup. check out yelp, city search and other review sites for people with more experience than I with this business
kind of surprised that they make you leave your bike, for a week or so they cannot give you a time frame, for simple tire changes and stuff.
Everyone was professional, polite and eager to help. They had the work done on time and to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again. I also wanted to recognize Theresa as she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.
