Wehrenberg Ronnies 20 Cine
5320 S Lindbergh Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63126
Where do I start?
The whole place was understaffed and under construction. Soda machines were blocked off, thus leaving only one which built up a line. Acquiring our advanced tickets was the first road bump we hit. Arrows telling you to go everywhere but where you need to go.
On to the big stuff, when we entered the theater there was already a group in our assigned seating, so we sat elsewhere. We heard the movie was going to be 5 minutes late, so over the course of the next 30 minutes they didn't tell the crowd about the movie being late as we sat watching a black screen. At about 45 minutes they told us the movie was canceled. We were offered a full refund, a free movie, and an offer to see another showing that night. So we then moved to another giant line where we waited to receive our refund and new tickets.
We moved from center of theater in IMAX to bottom front row in a regular showing over the course of an hour. Urinals shut down, showtime signage removed, plastic sheeting lined walls, and a disorganized staff lead this to be my worst movie experience ever.

I have been happy with Ronnie's. One of the better theaters I've been to. The only complaints I have are with other patrons that are rude. In no way the fault of the theater though. The staff there has been pleasant. I do agree that the ticket prices (as well as food prices) are outrageous but that isn't Ronnie's fault. That's the case almost everywhere.
Lots of entertainment available before you even get in to see your movie. Huge TV screen to watch sports games while you can sit in a neat "car" as if you're at a drive-in theater. Lots of games to play. Food, ice-cream & beer also available. Food is expensive but that's to be expected at a movie theater. Great place to go for a movie!

I think the price of ticket to see 3D movie should include price of ticket or you should say you need to purchase glasses for an additional 2.50 to see movie. Don't tell us 9.50 & then tell us you need 2.50 more to see movie false advertising. After the movie is over they tell us to deposit glasses in bucket. WOW

WENT TO SEE WALLE WITH THE KIDS ON 7-6-08 . NOTICED THAT THE CARPETS WERE SOILED. THE CUP HOLDERS WERE STICKY AND DEBRIS EVERYWHERE ON THE FLOOR. SEEMED AS IF THE CHAIRS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED ALSO. DIDN'T SMELL FRESH AT ALL. BUT STAFF WAS VERY CHUMMY. THEATER NEEDS A SERIOUS CLEAN. ALSO I KNOW THAT THE FOOD PRICES ARE HIGH, BUT $6.75 FOR NACHOS IS OUTRAGOUS.
