Top Nails

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I went in with my friend, and an employee said it would only be $20 for someone my age. I showed the woman what I wanted done to my nails and she said she could easily do it. Throughout the duration of the time I spent there she kept raising the price for the littlest things, and all the employees kept harassing me to get other things done. No matter how many times I said no, they would ask me again 5 minutes later. I ended up spending $30 rather than the $20 they said it would be, and my friend had to help me pay for it. The woman also trimmed my cuticles back so far that it hurt. I told her this and she apologized then pushed the two fingers down to hide the fact that they were BLEEDING. When she had to switch to my other hand, she wiped off the blood and said sorry and put this solution on it that mad my fingers burn for hours afterward. The woman also forgot to put a letter on the design she said could so easily be done. I would've complained to a manager, but it turns out she was the manager!!
