I have been with Tesson Ferry Bank for over 25 years. They are very personable, which I love. Have treated my pets when they were sick. Were there for me when I had to have a pet euthanized. Love all the Doctors & Staff.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to Dr. Bojrab for over 30 years, and he has always been just great, very caring and knowledgeable. I have also taken animals to the other doctors at Tesson Ferry Veterinary Hospital, and they are great too. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure going there!

Best Vet Hospital!

I've been going to Tesson Ferry Vet Hospital for years- the vets are great, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I personally go to Dr. Cole, who is sensational and always generous with her time, but I have seen the other associates and they are just as wonderful. The assistants and techs are amazing and have always been willing to go above and beyond for me, as well as other clients (my friends go here too). I completely trust the whole staff with my animals, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet!

Best pet care!

I have been going to Tesson Ferry Veterinary Hospital for about 16 yrs or more and always found them to be very accomodating and caring. I have had several occassions where i had an emergency situation with my pets and they were always there to meet me and handle things. Dr. Bojrab has treated me more like a friend than just a client and I trust he would take care of my pets the same way as he would his own. Who could ask for more? That kind of trust is hard to find!

I've taken my pets to the hospital for ten years, plus. I've always had a great experience with the service and the staff. Since I've been a customer for so long, there were times that I wasn't able to pay for the services at one time, and they always let me pay over a period of time in multiple check payments. I've never written a bad check, and my account has always been in good standing. I thought that they extending this service as they are a neighborhood business, and I had been a long time customer. I called them today to see if I could purchase two vials of flea drops for my cats (total of $20) and pay for this with a check that would go through on November 4th. I was told that they had no policy of doing this, never did. The assistant wouldn't listen to me. So, I called back, and just asked if I could leave a message and have one of the vets call me back. I'd seen two of the vets over the years, and they know me. It was obvious they weren't going to do that, they said I didn't need the drops because the weather was cold. I said that my pets were indoor pets, and I was trying to keep up the drops, as I had over the past year, to make sure I didn't have to backtrack and start the process over again. They told me to come in when I could write a check for the amount. I asked why and they said that I could write a bad check, and they'd be out of the product.
I have paid for over $400 with them on extended payments, never bounced a check. Customer for ten years. All I said was "" I was trying to care for my pets in a responsible manner, and if I were going to be irresponsible then I would just buy the product and write a bad check."" After that, I wasn't able to get in a word edgewise. The assitant reprimanded me, and said, that I had threatened her, and she was putting a notation in my file. Then she told me to take my business to PetSmart and she hung up on me! If I had been abusive, or yelled at here, that would have been different, but she just plain lost it!
The vets are good but the staff is spacy!

Donald Bojrab has been our families Vet since I was a kid. (deserves 100 stars). and will remain our trusted Vet.
One of the best if not 'the best' Vet in St Louis! Has taken care of our pets and countless others that we've told about Donald through the years and we all love him!
He has very good associate Vets on staff as well..
His team of assistants have been with him for years (decades) as well...

Best in Saint Louis!!

Riley is my daughter's Boxer that was adopted from SE Missouri around 8 weeks old. Dr Don Bojrab was her Vet for about the first 6 months, we noticed Riley was having a few loose stools right about that time. Then my daughter moved with her fiance to Omaha, Nebraska. Riley's condition worsend, her stool was getting thinner and as time went on she began bleeding every time she defecated. Riley began losing weight and her personality was changing, from a sweet loving dog - to an angry dog. Our daughter took Riley to several Vets up in Omaha - they tried so many different treatments and food on Riley - Nothing worked. It go so bad that Riley couldn't control her bowels and the bleeding was getting so bad - she would just defecate blood!! $1500 and several Vets later, our daughter calls us crying and frantic that she can't take it anymore - Riley is in pain and suffering and she didn't know what else to do!!! So, I immediately called Tesson Ferry Vet Hospital and talked to Dr Don Bojrab..he did not know that this was still going on with Riley. So, he said, "If you can get Riley to St. Louis, I will gladly try to see what I can do for her?" I then drove 14 hours round trip to get Riley to Dr Don. He kept her for over a week - took her outside himself to see how she was defecating, he looked over all the treatments the other Vets had tried, he looked at what foods Riley was eating, he researched her symptoms and called another Vet that treats alot of Boxers. He did everything that the Veterinarians in Omaha did Not!!

He really cares about the animals he treats!!! Finally, after a few weeks of trying things and watching her closely - he found that Riley has a rare genetic disease, common to Boxers called Hisitive ulceratic colitis (I am sure I botched this) she has to be on a Very Mild diet the rest of her life!! She had to take a Super antibiotic to kill off anything in her colon that could continue to irritate (causing the bleeding) and some other meds but after about a month she was weaned off of all medication and is medicine free now - just eating Science Diet ID!!! She is a different dog today - Healthy female weighing 51 lbs. no longer bleeding with a normal stool AND she is no longer Angry dog!! She is hyper but a very happy dog!! So is her owner!!! Dr Don was the ONLY vet that took the time to keep her overnight and watch her closely - the other Vets did not!!! Riley would have probably died had we not brought her back to STL to Tesson Ferry Vet Hospital - the WHOLE staff there is great - they really care about your pet!!! We can't Thank them enough!!
