Corey and Hardy arrived on time. They took their time and went over the service and the process related to any damage that could occur and how that problem would be fixed. They wrapped averting taking their time and Providing great service.

Johnny and Alex were awesome. They were friendly and very respectful from beginning to end. Moss of my furniture was heavy and they had go up and down stairs, but they never appeared to frustrated or impatient. This was the second time that Johnny has done a move for us, so we were very pleased to see him. Great job gentlemen! It was once again a pleasure to have Simple Moves handle our relocation

They had the most pleasant, patient, and confident demeanor! Nothing that I thought would be a challenge, was difficult for them. Including my crazy bed!! Lol!! It was disassembled AND reassembled without any hesitation!! These guys worked their backsides off!!! If this is an example of what your company is about, then you were represented MOST FAVORABLY!! I am recommending to EVERYONE I know, who has a move, needing to move something, or just needing to know who to use, that your company is the go to. Roy, Fred and Brandon were kind, efficient and careful with all of our things. I would recommend simple moves to anyone! I will definitely use them again!

Needed a very heavy king size headboard moved from garage to second floor bedroom. The three men that were sent to help were very professional courteous and friendly. Absolutely would use them again

Justin Beck and Brandon Harris were pleasant and professional. Short move from one area of town to another, moving daughter's boxes and furniture stored at our house into her new apartment. They dismantled and reassembled an IKEA bed as part of the job. Move went as fast as could be expected.

We used Simple Moves to move a Washer and dryer as well as a loveseat. Everything went smoothly. Carlos W. and Cornell H. were great to work with. Very careful and friendly. Thank you.

Simple moves just move our family and they were awesome! This is the second time Armon and Carlos moved me/us and they were awesome both times. They listened, were accommodating, and professional at all time...while moving a lot of very heavy items in the sweltering heat. There were several items that my wife was very concerned might be damaged. Carlos and Armon treated all of our belongings with respect and care. AND we had more stuff than we realized and I was afraid after our allotted time was up they might leave...but they hung in until the job was complete. Thank you to Armon and Carlos for a great job! We had furniture moved from a condo to a house and then more furniture moved within the house. The movers were Armon Simpson and Carlos Williams. They were very professional and very willing to move heavy items. They handled 2 refrigerators and a couch with ease. They made sure we were satisfied with the placement of all items.

I called on short notice and they got me right in. The guys that showed up Levada and Wayne were very nice and respectful.

GREAT - I have used Simple Moves MANY times for personal and my commercial business. Very proper/professional/ and hard working.

Scheduled a move. They even took my credit card information to secure the move date. On the scheduled day, the movers never showed up. I called to find out what was going on, and they told me that I had called 2 days prior and canceled. Complete waste of time.

I use simple move on May 1, 15, ever again am use them.... them broke same of my stuff and the stole some of my stuff...

I would like to say thank you , your services was professional and efficient. These two guys came in and got the items moved in a acquit amount of time. They used safety precocious and at the same time protect my furniture and walls. They show up as promised, they assemble the furniture as requested. The best thing was the price, it was affordable. I would use them again, and I highly recommend to anyone who is doing any type of move.

The movers were excellent. They worked fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is doing a small move.

These guys were great! Could not ask for nice or more personable people to be moving your personal belongings. And the price was great!

What a terrible experience. We thought we had done our homework... Gave the office all our information for the quote and waited for moving day to arrive.

The truck showed up and it was very small! The workers were polite, but they worked at a snails pace (hourly of course!). No prep work was done like placing protection on the doors, plastic on the carpet. They started loading my beautiful sofas without wrapping them in plastic wrap and laid them on their sides in the truck! At this point I called the 800 number and they said they would contact the supervior. He did come out and shortly they broke out the shrink wrap and wrapped some of the other pieces.

Eight hours later....... they had made two trips and still weren't done. They put all the boxes and misc. in the garage instead of the basement as I requested. We ended up hirely another person to finish our move the next day.

Two years ago I hired a locate company to move the SAME househould and it took them 5.5 hours, they were very professional and worked so fast. I couldn't remember their name so I went with Simple Moves LLC...

Big mistake!!! What a headace for our family. Moving is stressful enough. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Always pay by the job, not the hour. I learned a very valuable lesson and hope to never get taken advantage of again.

Also, the supervisor told me he would talk to the owner and I would hear back... never happened!

I recently hired Simple Moves to pick up items at one house and deliver them to another house, plus move a heavy item from one floor to another floor. Every aspect of dealing with Simple Moves was very professional. The movers were on time, friendly, professional, efficient, and did a great job. I really appreciated there was only a one hour minimum. I will use Simple Moves again and recommend them to everyone I know.

Polite movers, clean, professional, great rates, always on time and reminders are called in to you for your convenience. No more waiting all day for someone to show up they give you a 3 hour time window and call 30 minutes before arriving or more if needed so you can get things done without having to stay home.
