Expertise
Professionalism

As you approach their storefront you are greeted with 2 blue "Handicapped Parking" only signs. I informed them they are considered offensive and demeaning, no longer acceptable ...per Congress 2008 ADA?

I'm sensitive to being labeled as anyone and as anyone should be, so I mentioned this 2 years ago and they have failed to address this and change it.

It's called "Reserved Parking" and the only people handicapped today are the people still applying labels on other people in my book.

I'm not sure why people say they felt ignored... this place is just busy! I went in on a Saturday and sure it took a few minutes to get helped, but it was worth the wait! I'd rather speak to a professional than some "kid" at a big box store. Schiller's prices are very competitive and the service is second to none! Help our local economy and shop local!
