After being married for 45 years I wanted to go back to my original wedding ring that my husband and father picked out together. Jesse and his team made my ring look brand new and it's gorgeous! I felt extremely comfortable leaving my sentimental ring in their care. I couldn't be happier with the results! I have always been impressed with their selection and have never felt any pressure.

We just purchased our wedding rings here and couldn't be more happy. They are attentive, friendly, honest and fun! The selection was great too. Thanks again for all your help!!!

My girlfriend took in a neclace to get a new clasp put on since old one was broke.they told her it was gold filled and replaced it with a gold filled one.said all they had was gold filled.whatjeweler doesnt have a simple 14k clasp.i went in th next week and the girl said it was 14k gold filled and that it would of been pitched.i told her i know it wasnt .magically it appeared bk up the next week.had thm test it right there.tested solid 14 k.they bs back and forth.dont go there.plenty of other jewellers.and u should of heard how they were talking to another older customer.not professional on bit.

Waited until 10 days before Christmas and decided to have a special piece of jewelry made for my wife. I had gone to a couple of places and everyone had told me it was to late. A friend of mine told me to try Robinson's. I did and they made an awesome looking diamond ring for my wife and had it finished before Christmas. Great service and a great price. I hope I can do someone else a favor my turning them onto Robinson Jewelry. Thanks guys.......

I have recently been introduced to Robinsons Jewelry and will go nowhere else! I used to go to those chains but you could completely tell they were only in it for the sale. At Robinson's they listen to what you want and what you can afford. Since buying a few things from there, I have also taken many other items in for repairs and have been nothing short of impressed by the workmanship and timeliness from this staff. You have a customer for life! I dont take my last set of earrings off ever!! :)

Not only do i think this guy is the best jeweler and the best kept secret in town (off the top of my head, his diamonds are the clearest i've seen compared to some of the bigger chain jewelry stores) but he's a St. Louisan - he gave away silver necklaces to unemployed and homeless people for Valentine's day! didnt see any other jewelers, or St. Louis companies for that matter, doing anything like that....just my opinion though. I think Mr. Robinson is a great jeweler who is willing to work on anything you bring him and he'll do it right, no questions about that

I take all my jewelry here for repairs, sizing, cleaning & appraisals. They are honest, trustworthy, and without a doubt the best jeweler around. I have had nothing but satisfaction from this store, and this is the only place I will go to have repairs done, and make my many purchases. I highly recommend this store. I have sent 4 friends in, and they are "hooked" now and will never go anywhere else.
