Mr. B'S Pool Center

The purchase of the pool went smoothly, but the install was less than easy.Mr. B's does not do their own installations, they contract out.Initially the contractor came out and noticed that we needed rock to level our yard.I am not sure what happened between his first visit and the actual install (4 weeks later) but everything slowly went downhill.The installer made promises that he did not fulfill.We called Mr. B's about our issue and they were extremely rude.When he finally did show, he was at our home for 1 hour before he decided he needed even more rock and would comeback later. We knew he was NOT coming back and so, we told him that if he did not stay and finish the job he could pack up everything and return the pool.Another call was made to Mr. B's and this time the store manager was informed. He too, was less than friendly.I can honestly say everyone was rude. We would not recommended Mr. B's. Unless of course you enjoy being talked down to after making a 4,000.00 purchase.
