Place was the Worst Customer Service ever.... They said that the would have my mower done in a week and it took over 4 weeks and I had to call numerous time to get them to tell me whats taking so long.... NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

Stay away from this place. Went there last month to buy a cub cadet blower combo. Was told by sales staff they wouldn't order because the cost of shipping. So I bought this product from Cub Cadet directly. After receiving product discovered one of the batteries would not take a charge. Contacted Cub Cadet and was told all warranty work to be performed by dealers. Milbrandt took in combo. I picked up my merchandise and was told by Don in service nothing wrong with product, I should check my outlets. Well my outlet charged one battery but not the other so my outlet was fine. Got product home used first battery, went to charge and battery would not take a charge again. Come to find out if you leave the battery on charger for 4 days it will finally charge, other battery charges in 20 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM MILBRANDT LAWN EQUIPMENT!!! They could have done the right thing and ordered me a battery at no cost to them, but they chose to lie, cheat and deceive me. Will never go back!!!
