shady dealings at best, my son took his Honda in for emission test and they told him it would be $$$$ for repairs, my son called me and explained the repairs and half of them sounded questionable, as I know his car well. I told him to take it to a Honda dealer for a re-test. He explained the situation to the manager and the manager told him there would be a $$ "diagnostic" charge but he was given nothing in writing so the charge was a surprise. My son called me to ask what to do, I called the manager and asked why he wasn't given an estimate, the manager immediately started yelling at me that they don't work for free, I told him that I wasn't asking for free work, just an estimate prior to the work, it's the law. I guess that statement is what started him yelling about it's his shop, he can do whatever the "F" he wants, he's going to push the car out and let my son put it back together and don't ever "F'ing" come back. I told him I was going to file a compliant with Midas and he said he didn't give and F and this was his store and hung up on me. All this after my son spent $$$ at his shop the day before. I guess they don't allow a zero star rating so one is most generous. Stay away from this dealer.
