I went to see Dr. Habib and the first visit I had to wait almost 2 hrs. for him to finally see me. Went back for the second appt. and after almost 3 hrs. I informed the receptionist that I was on the clock at work and it was ridiculous that after 3 hours, I was still no closer to seeing him. Some patients had been there since 9 and 10 am and it was now after 2:30. Ridiculous! No respect for people's time and when I called back to get a refill on my scripts, I was told I had to schedule an appt. before he would refill my meds. What? Are you freaking kidding me! That jackass and his overscheduling was the reason I couldn't stay for my appt. yet he expected me to come back just to get a refill. Well, needless to say I dismissed Dr. Habib and found another psychiatrist who I adore. His name is Dr. Dale Anderson and he's on Clayton Rd. Wonderful doctor! He's thorough in his first assessment and really digs deep into your history to understand your psych needs. I'd highly recommend him.

Had the worst experience with the people that run this place. Supervisor/Manager as well as the ignorant, rude glorified secretary (Tasha or Natasha) Disrespected my wife and me over the phone and refused to let me speak with someone in charge. When the person in charge got on the phone she just continuously put me on hold til i'd hang up and call back only to keep experiencing the same thing everytime. I will also be giving Dr. Cladia Viamontes a bad review because if these are the people you hire and the company you keep then you are just as bad as them if not worse! You have the authority to fix this but you let it happen anyway...pathetic! Highly recommend you find another "psych consultant" to get treated by a unnecessary company like this, a middleman, is just really poor business practices...end rant. Tasha or Natasha I understand we all have bad days but for you to threaten to call the police on me for wanting to come over there (since i was getting no where on the phone) and figure this out is childish and classless...grow up!

I have been to many different ...

I have been to many different psychiatrists and have had bad experiences with both. I like the one I am seeing currently because she really listens to what I have to say, especially when talking about medications. I never have to worry about running out of meds. When I run out of refills she will just fax the prescriptions to the pharmacy for me.

The most insensitive man I hav...

The most insensitive man I have ever met in my life. They always overbook and there's never anywhere to sit in the office. Almost every time I end up sitting on the floor in the hallway for 1-2 hours. The doctor himself is not sensitive to his patients needs at all. He doesn't listen if you think you have a problem. He also makes you feel like an idiot by the way he talks to you and borderline mocks you. I quit going to him finally because he sent me into a panic attack and I ran crying out of the office because of his insensitivity. Oh and to top it all off, they lost my prescription and you have to make an appointment for even the littlest thing. The nurses can never just relay a message to him. Horrible office, horrible man.
