I have some finished projects coming your way soon! It's exciting to see homes transform before your eyes! This was the most kitchen remodel we've done and it turned out beautifully! The homeowner is happy too which is truly all that matters!
Bathroom Remodeling
Cool stuff I should say! I don't know how much people on the earth are concerned about the safety perspective while planning to age their bathrooms. Sophistication of beauty is the most discussed topic among them. Have you ever thought about discussing with your clients about how your designs actually increase the level of safety? I'd really love to hear that. For the clients, you can try the following link for more info about bathroom renovation: http://www.foreclosureconnections.com/

Door Installation/Replacement
Drywalls
It's hard to see how amazing it is currently as it's all just new drywall and emptiness but soon there will be some great "after" shots I'm sure! Especially after the home owners get it all cozy and decorated!
Yeah, this is some great work you have done in these bathrooms. Do you happen to know of any good residential construction companies in Fort White Florida?
In case you're curious, phase one was roof, siding, gutters, tuckpointing and various other small exterior repairs. Phase two was remodeling the third floor, phase three is the back deck (our current project), phase four is the front porch and phase five is their master bath remodel. Whew! It's a lot of work at one home but luckily our guys are SO happy working there! The fresh coffee the home owners treat them too every morning might be a contributing factor! HA!

Residential Roof Repair
Rick said, “We worked mainly on the exterior of the church. We rebuilt the entire upper tier of the historic bell tower, replaced the roof, and restructured the church spires.” Mary Jane Kuhn added, “We used metal roofing that looks historic, but it will last as long as there is a church.” This was the goal with the entire project, to keep the historical features, but also to make sure they can endure years to come.
Residential Roof Replacement/Installation
Rick Kuhn got the call for this job from St. Paul’s Priest In Charge, Kitty Hillquist. When Rick showed up to meet with Kitty, she pulled out a large bag full of pieces of wood and roofing that had fallen off of the 150 year old church.
Today, tools that have been donated by Kuhn Construction and two other sources will be shipped to Lui in preparation for the team’s arrival. While in Lui, Rick will work a Carpentry school that was started last year by another diocese team. 15 young men were taught some basics of carpentry and each took home a chair they had built. This year they will complete a roof on a chapel that is on the grounds of a school in Lui. The chapel has walls but has been waiting on a roof to be built. Most importantly the team will help to further the carpentry skills of the young men of Lui. We’ll teach them to work with tools and build things themselves. The tools that are being shipped to Lui today will be left there for their use. It’s like the saying “You can give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day, but teach a man to fish and you’ll feed him for a lifetime.” We hope teaching these men will help improve the development of their community and their lives.
Insulation
Loft insulation works by preventing the upwards movement of heated air, reducing the loss of heat from the rooms underneath, which of course will then require less heating. Materials are normally installed between the wooden joists in the floor of the loft.
